Chapter 25 The feeling of home

Her mother had a kind smile on her face and said, "You can use Ye Yao's towel, and the toothbrush and cup, the gray one is for you."

I nodded obediently and said, "Thank you, Auntie."

Her mother responded with a smile: "There is a bathroom in my room, so I won't compete with you for it. You should also go to bed early. You are exhausted after a busy day." After that, she gently closed the door and left, leaving me alone in this warm room. I was very touched. Ye Yao was taking a shower, so I waited.

After a long while, the door of the room was gently pushed open a crack, and Ye Yao's little head poked out. She was wearing a pink pajamas, looking playful and sweet.

She smiled and said to me, "Go take a shower, I'm done." After that, she threw a set of gray pajamas at me.

I reached out to take it, and took a closer look. The length was perfect, so it definitely wasn't her father's. I was a little surprised.

She seemed to see what I was thinking, and with a smile on her face, she said proudly, "Don't be surprised. I've been looking forward to this day for a long time. I bought this set of pajamas a long time ago, and I wash it every time I come back."

When I heard her words, a warm feeling suddenly surged in my heart, and I felt sweet. Without saying anything else, I took my clothes and went straight into the bathroom, turned on the faucet, and started washing.

After taking a shower and drying my hair, I went back to my room, put my phone aside, and didn’t bother to play with it, so I just lay down on the bed.

I kept thinking about what Ye Yao’s parents said, and the more I thought about it, the better I felt about them.

I don't know how long it took, but the door was gently opened. I looked up and saw the little girl Ye Yao peeking into the room stealthily.

I couldn't help but burst out laughing and said, "What are you doing at this hour?"

When Ye Yao heard what I said, she immediately pouted and said coquettishly, "I'm afraid you'll be scared sleeping alone, so I'll come to accompany you." After that, without waiting for my response, she quickly climbed into the bed and rubbed against me.

Her bold action made my heart tremble, and I couldn't bear it anymore. I gently reached out my hand and hugged her in my arms.

She leaned in my arms, looked up at me, her eyes full of expectation, and asked softly, "Are you happy today?"

I looked into her eyes, nodded seriously, and said, "I'm happy, really happy. I feel like home."

After listening to what I said, she reached out and hugged me tightly, and said with a choked voice, "I have been waiting for this day for a long, long time." As she spoke, her big watery eyes looked straight at me, her eyes full of affection.

Looking at her like this, I couldn't help myself, so I slowly turned over and kissed her gently.

She was stunned at first, then responded to me enthusiastically, and her breathing became a little rapid.

Then, just as we were immersed in this sweet love, a light cough suddenly came from outside the door, and the sound was particularly clear in the quiet night.

I was startled and quickly let go of Ye Yao. I hurriedly pulled the quilt over and covered both of us tightly. My heart was pounding, afraid that we would be discovered.

Looking at Ye Yao again, her face instantly became redder, so red that blood seemed to be dripping out. She buried her head in the quilt and did not dare to lift it up for a long time.

After a while, when there was no more noise outside, she finally poked her head out, a hint of shyness and a bit of boldness on her face, and whispered, "Continue..."
