Qiuqiu jumped off Bai Yinglin's shoulders first and headed towards the road leading to the swamp world. After jumping two steps, he turned to look at Bai Yinglin and motioned her to go forward.
Bai Yinglin shook her head and followed.
After stepping into the ball of white light, she felt her feet stepping on a moist surface.
"Where is the ground so soft?"
Bai Yinglin puzzledly pushed her whole body through the door and looked over. It was a dark area, obviously a cave. The walls were made of black stone except for the bright solidified stone.
The entire huge cave could only be illuminated by a little light, but everything around could still be seen clearly. It was undoubtedly empty and no other living creatures were found.
There was no end in sight at either end, leaving them at a loss as to how to leave.
"Master, this place is the habitat of the mink tribe."
"Qiuqiu, which way should we go now?"
Qiuqiu hugged his head helplessly.
"Master, I don't know about this either."
Bai Yinglin glanced at her speechlessly, picked up the ball and put it on her shoulder.
The little white fluffy thing tilted its head back and stared at Bai Yinglin with tears in its eyes.
How could this beast possibly do this? This is my first time in this damn place.
At first glance, it's either black or gray, which makes people feel uncomfortable no matter how they look at it.
This animal is innocent, and the master is too much.
"Master, please don't be angry. It's Qiuqiu's first time here, and it's normal for him to get lost in such a haunted place."
Zhao Ya is so unlucky. How could she end up in this place? Her luck is incredible. I admire her.
"Okay, I'm just going to walk around now. Please help me find out what's going on around here, okay? Stupid."
Stupid? Master is too cruel. How can you call me, the most intelligent little cutie in the universe, like that?
"Master, you're going too far. Humph, Qiuqiu will just do as I'm told. There's no need to yell like that."
Bai Yinglin turned her head to glance at Qiuqiu. The little thing had its ears drooping and its mouth pursed. It looked like it had suffered a great injustice, and it looked innocent and lovable.
With a chuckle, Bai Yinglin sneered without any hesitation. She was still acting like a spoiled child, who knew where she learned this from?
"I won't tease you anymore."
Bai Yinglin moved forward cautiously, sticking close to the wall.
So cautious that not a single sound of footsteps was made.
Bai Yinglin roughly calculated the speed and distance of the advance.
"We've walked about 900 meters, and there's still no movement around us."
Qiuqiu was wondering what nine hundred meters meant.
Probably a new word to describe the journey.
"I can't tell how long it has been, but I can sense the presence of other spirit beasts. They should be not far ahead."
Bai Yinglin responded and strode forward. Perhaps encountering a spirit beast would be a new turning point.
A hundred meters later, Bai Yinglin passed through the gradually shrinking cave entrance, and now appeared in front of him an open space with vast terrain. The walls were fully built with solidified stones without any gaps.
The fluorescent light is bright and it is bright at this moment.
Only when we got close to the edge did we discover that each of these places was a small cave entrance. It was obvious that these were the caves of the red-blooded marten.
"Qiuqiu, have these spirit beasts all turned into resentful beasts?"
"All I sensed were the auras of spirit beasts, and I didn't detect the presence of any resentful beasts."
Bai Yinglin came to several small holes and carefully explored inside.
"Don't touch it, there's a barrier at the entrance to the cave."
