The candlelight flickered on, and Lu Huai finally saw the figure beside the bed.
After lighting the candle, Qin Xi put the tinder aside and sat down on the bed. She looked up and gave Lu Huai a very friendly smile: "Hi, Second Young Master Lu."
Seeing her waving at him, Lu Huai's smug satisfaction at successfully climbing through the window froze on his face: "..."

"I actually came here to... admire the moon. The moon tonight is so big and round," Lu Huai said, putting his hands behind his back and reciting a poem in a pretentious manner as he looked out at the dark sky: "The dew is white tonight, and the moon is bright in my hometown."
Qin Xi peeked out the window, her eyes full of amusement: "Young Master Lu, are you homesick?"
"Hmm...hmm?" Lu Huai was dumbfounded.
Does this poem mean someone is homesick?
Seeing his bewildered expression, Qin Xi couldn't help but lower her head and laugh, her shoulders shaking.
Lu Huai awkwardly touched his nose.
Damn it, I should have known better than to act so arrogantly.
After laughing enough, Qin Xi raised her head and gave Lu Huai a way out: "Since you're already here, would you like to sit down for a while, Second Young Master Lu?"
Looks like I can sleep here!
