The book was published on March 21, 2022 and completed on August 7, 2025.
Three years and five months, 4.84 million words, the first book.
The journey has been too long.
How many three years do we have in our life?
A lot has happened in these three years. Not to mention life itself, this book alone has experienced many twists and turns.
The results were mediocre in the early stage, gradually improved in the middle stage, and fell into trouble in the later stage.
Ever since Li Fan had left his original possibility, writing had become increasingly difficult. It could be said that every day was incredibly difficult, and sitting at the computer desk felt like pins and needles.
The reason is that all the preparations and descriptions that were spent in the early stages were useless.
However, the realms of transcendence and sainthood are too mysterious to withstand such detailed descriptions as those in the lower realms.
It's boring and tasteless. The readers don't enjoy it, and I didn't enjoy writing it either.
Coupled with physical reasons, writing thousands of words every day is a torture.

So some readers started to criticize me for dragging it out and making a lot of money.
It's really unfair.
At the beginning of the book, the ending I envisioned was that Li Fan would recreate the mountains and seas with a single thought, and all the things he had experienced would happen again.
There were also some foreshadowings that echoed the ending of the last chapter.
It can be said that Li Fan has always been moving towards this goal.

Li Fan can only keep moving forward.

If I force myself to finish the book, that's fine too.
After leaving the high walls, you can understand everything in ten chapters.
But what’s the difference between that and a bad ending?
Always take the integrity of the book into consideration.
A story with a beginning and an end is definitely better than one that ends abruptly in the middle.
Now, I am quite satisfied with the ending.
Of course it’s just the end.
It is undeniable that the second half of the book does have problems.
This may also be a mistake that long serialized online novels and the first book of novices are bound to make.
