Shen Shiyi, dressed in a white shirt and black wide-leg pants, came out and was slightly taken aback when she saw Qin Ziming.
When did you arrive?
Qin Ziming walked towards her and smiled gently.
"We had just arrived a little while ago when Aunt Qu told us to have breakfast at home before going out."
Shen Shiyi nodded slightly.
"Great, that's perfect, we don't have to go outside."
The two waited for Sophie and Aunt Qu to come out. Aunt Qu was carrying pickled cowpeas. Seeing that they hadn't sat down yet, she quickly spoke up.
"Sit down and eat, we'll be right there."
The two smiled at each other and sat down. Suddenly, Chen Shi remembered the two children and was about to go into the room when Sophie came out with steamed buns.
"Shiyi, sit down and have breakfast. Let the two children sleep a little longer; they were too excited to sleep last night."
Shen Shiyi was taken aback.

Aunt Qu was worried that it would affect their marriage registration.

Shen Shiyi handed a steamed bun with braised pork to Qin Ziming.

"Eat more if you like." He casually placed a vegetable bun on Qin Ziming's and Shen Shiyi's plates.
"Try Aunt Qu's vegetable buns, they're delicious too."
Qin Ziming picked up a vegetable bun and took a bite, and everyone looked at him.

Upon hearing this, Aunt Qu laughed heartily.
After finishing their breakfast, the two said goodbye to Sophie and her sister-in-law.
"We're leaving now."
The two walked to the door and gave each other instructions.

After getting into the car, Qin Ziming started the engine and drove towards the Civil Affairs Bureau. He was quite excited and nervous the whole way.
Sensing his nervousness, Shen Shiyi reached out and took his large hand. Qin Ziming, who was driving, felt the warmth from her hand, looked up at Shen Shiyi, and was greeted by her gentle smile. Qin Ziming smiled with gratitude.
At the entrance of the Civil Affairs Bureau, both of them were a little nervous. Qin Ziming took Shen Shiyi's hand and turned to look at her.

Shen Shiyi nodded slightly.
With the guidance of the staff, the two took a photo together.
"Alright, you two, let's go over there and register our marriage."
The two nodded slightly in thanks.

Upon arriving at the registration area, the staff member stamped the marriage certificate with the official seal and handed it to the couple with a smile.

The two took the marriage certificate and looked at it. Qin Ziming looked up at Shen Shiyi and smiled. Then he took out some small red envelopes from his pocket and put them on the table.
"A small red envelope as a token of my appreciation, thank you."
The staff had already received the news and were delighted to receive it.
"Thanks."
Qin Ziming stood up, bent down to help Shen Shiyi up, and the two walked out of the Civil Affairs Bureau. Qin Ziming also wanted to hire someone to follow them, but considering Shen Shiyi's current status, he gave up the idea.
As Shen Shiyi walked out the door, she hadn't even had a chance to look at the marriage certificate for long before Qin Ziming took it from her. She looked up in surprise and stared at Qin Ziming in confusion.
"I will be responsible for keeping it safe from now on."
Shen Shiyi was amused by his childish behavior, and then she heard the man's gentle voice in her ear.
"Hello, my dear wife."
Shen Shiyi looked up and smiled, a rare display of her playfulness.
"Shall we shake hands?"
Qin Ziming reached out and tidied the stray hairs on Shen Shiyi's forehead.
"I'll just hold your hand."
Shen Shiyi smiled gently again.
"Okay, my dear husband."
When Qin Ziming heard her call him "husband," his heart pounded even harder, and he was terrified that he would kiss her.
"Let's go to the hospital to see my older brother."
Shen Shiyi nodded slightly, then took Qin Ziming's arm.
Let's go.
When the two arrived at the hospital, on their way to the ward, Qin Ziming's phone rang in the corridor. Qin Ziming, who had been holding Shen Shiyi's hand tightly, spoke to Shen Shiyi.
"Honey, get my phone for me."
Shen Shiyi took out the phone from Qin Ziming's pocket with her right hand, and Qin Ziming answered the call with his left hand.
"mom."
Qin's mother, who was waiting at home for news, couldn't wait any longer and called her son.
"You got your marriage certificate?"
Qin Ziming glanced at Shen Shiyi beside him.

"Okay, by the way, son, take a picture of your marriage certificate and show it to Mom." She was very happy today that her son was finally getting married.
Qin Ziming laughed when he heard this.

Shen Shiyi looked at the man who suddenly let go of her hand, her expression clearly showing confusion. Then she saw him take out his marriage certificate from his pocket and take a picture with his phone.

Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming looked up and turned to look at his newlywed wife.
"Your mother-in-law wants to see our marriage certificate."
Shen Shiyi understood. After he took the photos and sent them, the two continued to hold hands and arrived at the ward a few minutes later.
Su Lielong, who was fast asleep, suddenly woke up when he heard the noise and opened his eyes to look at the door.
"You've arrived."
Qin Ziming took the initiative to take the hand that Shen Shiyi had let go of when she entered the room.
