When Qin Ziming arrived at the hospital, he was extremely flustered. Shen Shiyi had already been moved to a regular ward.
The driver looked at the weak Shen Shiyi on the hospital bed and went over to show his concern.

Qin Ziming was overjoyed and immediately called his mother.
"Mom, Shiyi is pregnant, with twins."
Upon hearing this, Qin's mother, who was simmering white fungus soup, dropped the red dates in her hands onto the ground.
"What? Shiyi is pregnant?"
Upon hearing this, Grandpa Su, who was playing chess with Shen Zhifan outside the door, paused in his game and looked up in surprise.
"Fanfan, did you hear what Grandma just said?"
Shen Zhifan spoke calmly.
"It sounds like they're saying Mom is pregnant?"
Grandpa Su looked up in surprise.
"No wonder I heard magpies calling this morning."
Shen Zhifan was taken aback.
"Isn't that a crow?" Did he hear wrong or see wrong?
Grandpa Su rolled his eyes.
"Don't talk nonsense, or you'll get jinxed."
Shen Zhifan shut his mouth.
Kitchen manager Li Sao walked in and was stunned to see a pile of red dates on the floor.
"Oh dear, my lady, the red dates have all fallen to the ground."
Qin's mother was taken aback. Looking down, she found that all the red dates she had taken were lying on the ground, asleep.
"Oh, sorry, I was too excited to answer the phone."
Aunt Li asked in confusion, "You didn't listen to me earlier."
"What's wrong? Why are you so agitated?"
Qin's mother quickly took off her apron.
"My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and with twins no less! I need to get to the hospital right away."

Qin's mother was taken aback; she hadn't thought that much about it.

Grandpa Su frowned deeply.
"You go to the hospital first, I'll call him and ask."
Qin's mother nodded slightly.
"Okay, Dad, I'll be going now. Thank you for your hard work, Fanfan."
Then she looked at Shen Zhifan and solemnly instructed him.
"Fanfan, Grandma is going to the hospital. Stay home and listen to Grandpa."
Shen Zhifan obediently agreed.
"Okay, Grandma, please be careful on the road."
Qin Ziming had just handed his wife a drink of water when he received a call from his grandfather.
"Grandpa." It must have been Mom who told Grandpa.
The worried voice of Grandpa Su came from the other end of the phone.
"How is my granddaughter-in-law? Your mother said she's pregnant, but why is she in the hospital?"
Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming quickly comforted the old man.
“Grandpa, Shiyi is indeed pregnant with twins. She was on her way to the hospital for a checkup when she and the driver rescued a baby on the way. She accidentally bumped her stomach, which is why she almost miscarried. But don’t worry, both she and the babies are fine now. She just needs to rest for a while.”
Grandpa Su was both surprised and delighted upon hearing this.
"Alright, alright, then take good care of her. Your uncle is at the company. Tell her that Grandpa won't be coming to see her, so as not to cause trouble for you young people."
Qin Ziming chuckled softly.
"Okay, thank you for understanding, Grandpa."
"Yes, your mom is on her way to the hospital."
When Qin's mother arrived at the hospital, she heard some parents causing trouble.
“You brought my son to the hospital, so you have to pay for his medical expenses and surgery.”
The driver was so angry he wanted to hit someone.
"No, do you understand? We were saving your child's life! You can't try to extort money from us!" They made a mistake while trying to save someone.

“I don’t care, we have no money. You brought the child to the hospital, so you have to take responsibility.”
The doctors and nurses around were furious when they heard what the parents said.
