"If you want me to wear a big gold chain and wide bracelets, then don't buy them for me." He couldn't bear the embarrassment; his classmates would laugh him to death.
Upon hearing this, everyone covered their faces and stifled their laughter.
Gu Niansi didn't care about anything else and went straight to her great-grandfather.
"Grandpa, don't you like big gold chains and bracelets?"
The old man couldn't refuse a child's kindness, so he said his neck and hands were uncomfortable.
“Niannian, your great-grandfather is too old to wear that. It’s too conspicuous and he might get robbed.”
Upon hearing this, Gu Niansi quickly covered her mouth.
