Only after seeing her disappearing figure did Xu Duo, holding the umbrella, turn and leave. In the darkness, he walked towards the large male teachers' dormitory.
Back in her dorm, Shen Shiyi quickly changed into comfortable loungewear. She then went to the bathroom, filled a bucket with hot water, soaked her feet in it, and then lay in bed listening to music for prenatal education.
When the phone rang, she opened her eyes and picked up her cell phone from the bedside table.
"Hello."
"Honey, have you arrived at your dorm yet?"
Upon hearing her husband's voice, she quickly spoke up.
"I arrived, and as soon as I got home, I changed into comfortable loungewear, then soaked my feet in hot water, and just listened to music during my prenatal education session."
Hearing her rambling, Qin Ziming spoke gently.
"I just noticed it's raining heavily tonight, so I was asking you. It's okay once you get back. By the way, were the babies good today?"
Shen Shiyi chuckled softly, "You're quite well-behaved."
"I'll pick you up when you come back." I haven't seen her for a while and I miss her terribly.
"You can pick me up on Saturday afternoon."
Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming exclaimed excitedly.
"Really? That's great! By the way, would you like to take some maternity photos? I'll have someone come to our house to take some as a keepsake."
"Isn't it too early?"
"It won't affect anything. We can take some photos every two months to record the babies' growth in the mother's belly, which is great."
Seeing how well he had planned it, Shen Shiyi smiled gently.
"Okay, I'll listen to Dad."
Qin Ziming rarely heard his wife's playful words, and he smiled happily.
Saturday arrived quickly, and Chen Shiyi got up and went to the teachers' canteen. There were many professors at the school, but there were also many food windows, so there was no need to wait in line for too long.
When the cafeteria lady saw the beautiful and tall Shen Shiyi, she filled her plate to the brim.
"Professor Shen, more if you're not full." Now that she's a twin, her appetite is definitely not small.

"It's Saturday today, are you going home after class?"
Shen Shiyi waited until she swallowed the food in her mouth before she spoke in response.
"Yes, my husband is here to pick me up."
Hearing her talk about her husband's easygoing nature, Nan Zhan knew that they had a good relationship.
"That's great. It's a rare opportunity to get together, and it's a good time to nurture our relationship as husband and wife."
Upon hearing this, Shen Shiyi smiled faintly.
"By the way, aren't you going to date, get married, and have kids?"
Nan Zhan couldn't help but smile when he saw her gossiping.
"It's rare to hear you gossip about others."
Many people who had just sat down with their trays heard his words and asked in confusion.
"What gossip? I'd like to hear it too." Listening to gossip while eating is a great way to enjoy your meal.
Shen Shiyi and Nan Zhan exchanged a smile.
Do you want to hear my gossip?
Many rolled their eyes and said, "Forget it then. We both know you don't even have a girlfriend, so where would you get this gossip? Let's just ignore it."
The Southern War was dealt a blow.
"Wow, you talk like you're something else."
The two started bickering back and forth, while Shen Shiyi watched their banter and ate her rice, finishing it quickly.
"You two can keep bickering while you eat, I'm leaving."
The two looked at her plate in surprise.
"Wow, you ate that fast?"
Nan Zhan looked up at many things.
"I saw that she got quite a lot of food; she was really quick."
As Shen Shiyi walked out of the cafeteria, she looked up at the bright, sunny sky.
The weather was scorching hot today, and just as she finished complaining to herself, her phone rang. Seeing the caller ID, Shen Shiyi couldn't help but smile and answer it.
"Hello."
"Honey, have you eaten? If not, I'll take you to eat Chinese food."
"I just finished eating and I'm walking to the cafeteria entrance."
Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming immediately spoke up.
"Okay, then you wait for me there. I'll just let you know and come in."
"good."
Not long after, she saw her handsome and gentle husband get out of the car. He stood tall and walked towards her with long legs.
"Honey, have you been waiting long?"
Seeing that he had even brought a parasol, Shen Shiyi was touched by his thoughtfulness. Qin Ziming put his arm around her waist and left the cafeteria entrance.
When they reached the back seat of the car, Shen Shiyi smiled and nodded at the two comrades who had just stepped out the door, despite her prejudice against them.
The two understood each other and immediately waved goodbye to her.
Before getting into the car, Qin Ziming nodded politely to them.
As the car started, Qin Ziming looked at his wife.
"Are those two your comrades?"
Shen Shiyi looked up and met his gentle eyes.
"Yes, the two of them have helped me a lot in life, and they don't talk much, so we get along quite well."
Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming reached out and grasped his wife's hand, which was tucked into her clothes.
"When is a convenient day? Let's invite them to dinner."
Shen Shiyi looked at her husband tenderly and said, "Okay."
The couple openly discussed everything, which led to a very harmonious relationship.
"I haven't eaten yet, keep me company later."
"OK."
Qin Ziming looked at his wife's protruding belly, his eyes filled with tenderness. In a few months, he would be carrying the fruit of his love with Shiyi, becoming a father.
Looking up, Shen Shiyi saw him staring at her stomach and looked out the window somewhat embarrassed.
