"Okay, okay, we'll go see it later."
Qin Ziming smiled with delight when he heard her agree.
After finishing half of their milk tea, the group got up and went shopping again. While shopping, Qin Ziming looked up several movie locations online.
Tired from shopping, Gu Niansi looked at her mother.
"Mom, I'm tired." She didn't want to walk anymore.
Upon hearing this, Qin Ziming bent down and picked her up.
Are you still tired?
Gu Niansi shook her head. "Haha, I'm not tired."
Seeing her laughing so happily, Shen Shiyi couldn't help but shake her head. The group arrived at the cinema, and Gu Nianxiang, wanting popcorn, pointed straight for it.
"Uncle Qin, I want to eat popcorn."
Qin Ziming affectionately pinched the tip of her nose.
"Okay, I'll buy it."
Qin Ziming bought two medium-sized buckets of popcorn, and carrying Gu Niansi, while Shen Shiyi held her son's hand, they walked into the cinema.
Shen Zhifan turned on his phone's flashlight, illuminating the way. The group found their seats and sat down one by one.
When the movie officially started, the two children watched it with great interest.
Qin Ziming glanced at Shen Shiyi, who was intently watching the movie, and mustered his courage to reach out and take her hand. Shen Shiyi didn't let go when she felt his touch, and in the darkness, a smile played on Qin Ziming's lips.
After the movie ended, Qin Ziming picked up Gu Niansi, and Shen Shiyi took her son's hand as they walked out of the cinema.
The two children, tired from walking and looking at things, fell asleep shortly after getting in the car.
Back in the community parking garage, the two of them each carried a child out of the car. When they got home, Aunt Qu opened the door and exclaimed in surprise.
"They're all asleep." The two women nodded slightly, carried the child into the room, gently placed him on the bed, and then took off their shoes.
