Chapter 87: Challenging the Gods

The maze released by Yog-Sothoth trapped Alice and the robot in an instant. The two were in different mazes, staring at the wall in a daze.

Chen Jing stood at the exit and asked, "Are you sure they can get out?"

After Yog-Sothoth turned into a human form, he hugged Yusa and started to rub her again. The child's perception of her is now negative, and it is estimated that it will not be able to return to positive in a short time.

She said calmly, "If you can't even solve a maze I set up so casually, there's no point in staying."

"You know what kind of god you are. It's not shameful not to be able to get out." Chen Jing paused. "And you must have tampered with it, right?"

"Really? Hahaha, there are indeed my followers in there, but they are all within their tolerance level. This is a test, not a massacre."

Chen Jing and Yog-Sothoth returned to reality and took Irelia to Arkham for a two-day vacation. Then Alice finally came out.

The robot was dismantled by the mythical creature inside. When Alice walked out, she was in a very miserable state, with scars and dust all over her body, disheveled hair and face, and dull eyes, just like an apple hit by frost and snow in January.

Yog-Sothoth walked over slowly and said, "Now, I'll give you a chance to challenge me."

"..." There was no longer any fighting spirit or will to fight in Alice's eyes. Her originally bright and clear eyes now seemed covered with dust, as if she were dead.

Chen Jing patted Yog-Sothoth's shoulder and said, "Forget it. It can't be done."

"Ah..." She stretched out her hand and pointed at Chen Jing, but couldn't speak.

"Look at what you've done to the child. Okay, you have to solve the trouble you caused yourself." Chen Jing looked at Yog-Sothoth.

No matter how thick-skinned Bubble was, she felt a little regretful at this moment: "How did I know she was so boring? Okay, okay, I'll heal her, okay? Seriously."

"Alice, Alice, come back for dinner!"

She had a dream, as if she was back in the fields of her hometown. She sat on a small wooden chair, listening to her mother telling her ancient stories.

Turning her sight, she was standing on the battlefield with aliens again. Among the enemies in the sky, there were not blooming bodies, but the self-explosions of friendly forces.

Finally, she established her own colony planet, became a governor, and died among her descendants. The next moment, she stood in a pure white room and became a reincarnation.

"Who am I?" She asked herself. She was a child who had lost her parents, a person who had once fought passionately for humanity, a famous connector genius, a battle master, and a mentor to many legends. But now she was a god-breaker. In front of her stood a being who was comparable to the twelve main gods, and she was unarmed.

"Want to fight?!"

Alice nodded. "I also have things I can't give up, and things I want to protect."

"Is that so?" Yog-Sothoth drew a sword of lightning from the air: "Come on, let me see what you can do." She deliberately controlled her scale.

Alice whispered silently, "Connect!"

Waves of air appeared around her, and she activated all her abilities. Then, the compressed matter was constrained into a gun.

"Hah!" The compressed air spear and Yog-Sothoth's lightning sword clashed quickly dozens of times. In just a moment, Alice's right hand was cut off at the wrist.

"Tsk." She immediately sealed the wound with heat and continued fighting with one hand. Alice's fighting skills were rare in the world, arguably the pinnacle of what the human body could achieve. Unfortunately, the opponent was a cheater. Yog-Sothoth could teleport and stop time. Those who didn't know her would think she was incredibly fast, while those who knew could only sigh.

"What is your ability?" Yog-Sothoth asked curiously.

Alice replied, "Controlling fluids. Currently still at the stage of controlling entities. Level eight."

"Oh, coincidentally, I do too. I control time and space, as well as matter and everything that exists."

"What about things that don't exist?"

"If it doesn't exist, then it doesn't exist." Yog-Sothoth said as a matter of course.

So why don’t you just say that you control everything?

The two of them quickly accepted the fight. It wasn't because Yog-Sothoth was so strong, but simply because he cheated too much and didn't get banned.

In just seven seconds, Alice was beaten by Yog-Sothoth for 42 seconds in seven seconds.

So even if she lost, it wouldn't necessarily be shameful. Yog-Sothoth healed her wounds and waved, "Goodbye." She looked at Chen Jing and said, "Her strength is enough to be of use." Then she disappeared.

With the departure of Yog-Sothoth, the space returned to normal, and after Chen Jing returned Alice to Anna, he left the Innsmouth copy.

When I opened my eyes again, I saw the familiar grove and the familiar people.

Irelia was holding a bag of snacks and eating happily.

"Cough cough cough." Chen Jing reminded her.

Irelia nodded: "I understand. Although I don't know what you want to do, I don't think you are a bad person."

"Don't give me that. This matter is actually not that important." Chen Jing nodded and took out a lollipop and put it in his mouth.

"I've been too idle lately."

"If you're too idle, I have a lot of things to do." Axia's warning came.

Chen Jing waved his hand: "Goodbye, goodbye."

He didn't want to be involved again in a short time.

It's normal for Anna to prepare for the reincarnation, but who knows what Asha will be involved in.

She is preparing to reshape her priesthood.

Valisa looked at the two people in front of her with a headache. "What are you doing stealthily in the middle of the night? You even got caught. I won't say anything more. And you even asked for dinner out of nowhere. Am I going to deny you food?" Her eyes narrowed. "Could it be... you're in a relationship?"

"Huh?" Chen Jing and Irelia were both stunned.
