The arrival of the weekend brought a sense of relief to both of them, not only because it was a holiday, but also because it was the day of their first date. Yun Qi was still asleep when Lu Yun got up early to prepare. This was their first date, so he definitely had to be well prepared.
He got up to tidy himself up, looking for clothes for himself and Yun Qi, wanting to match them in a couple's outfit so that outsiders could immediately tell their relationship. After finding clothes, he also needed to prepare his hairstyle. Lu Yun searched online for a lot of options and experimented with his hair, trying to find the most suitable style for himself.
When Yun Qi got up, she couldn't find Lu Yun in the room. She called out a few times but no one answered. Yun Qi: "So you can go out with me?"
Lu Yun nodded. Otherwise, who else could make him make such a big change? Besides Yun Qi, there was no one else.
Yun Qi was delighted and said, "I'll help you."
Lu Yun nodded and readily handed the curling iron to Yun Qi. He originally wanted to please Yun Qi, and since Yun Qi made it herself, he was sure he would like it. Yun Qi was a little surprised to see that his table was fully stocked with tools: "When did you prepare all these things?"
"I placed the order on Thursday."
Knowing he was going on a date this weekend, Lu Yun made thorough preparations well in advance. Fearing that the tools would be slow, he even paid for them to be shipped via SF Express himself.

Yun Qi licked her lips, carefully tidying up every single strand of hair, and looked intently at Lu Yun in the mirror, asking, "What do you think?"
Lu Yun snapped out of his daze. He had been staring at Yun Qi's hands and hadn't noticed what hairstyle he had done. Now, his eyes fell on the mirror, and he finally saw what hairstyle Yun Qi had given him. It wasn't any kind of hairstyle that involved sweeping the hair up; instead, it resembled his hairstyle from college—what was it called? A slightly parted, layered style with some curls, which made him look much younger. He was surprised; he had thought Yun Qi would give him a more mature and sharp hairstyle, but he hadn't expected such a youthful one.
Yun Qi had long wanted to see Lu Yun with this hairstyle. He looked like a college freshman, exuding a youthful and innocent aura. Yun Qi cupped his chin, making him look up at her. Yun Qi's eyes flashed with memories and doubt. Why did this face look so familiar, as if she had seen it somewhere before?
But after thinking for a long time, he still couldn't come up with anything. He could only put Lu Yun's face down and pat his head a few times: "This hairstyle looks great, I like it very much. I wonder what clothes you plan to wear?"
The clothes Lu Yun looked for were all mature-style, but to match his hairstyle, he lied without batting an eye: "I haven't looked yet. I want to find a set of matching outfits, but it seems like we haven't bought any."

At first, Yun Qi liked it and returned the kisses with a smile, but after several times, Yun Qi became a little impatient. He gave him a reproachful look and said, "If you don't hurry up, we won't even leave the house."
Lu Yun felt a surge of heat in his lower abdomen from that glance, and his Adam's apple bobbed: "Okay, I'll hurry."
Since they got together, the most outrageous thing they'd ever done was kiss, and even more outrageous was grabbing and kneading Yun Qi's chest muscles. Nothing else. Lu Yun was very unhappy that the clothes the two of them were wearing weren't matching outfits, so the first thing they did before leaving the house was to go to the mall to take a look.

In Yun Qi's eyes, his reaction meant that he had tacitly rejected him. This made Yun Qi's heart even colder. He said seriously, "If you don't plan to marry me, then let's not be together. Just put me down here. I date with marriage in mind, so I hope that the other person has the same idea as me."
Yun Qi spoke with some sadness, after all, he really liked Lu Yun. There weren't many human men like him who were handsome, rich, and had such abundant yang energy. He had finally found one, but he couldn't marry him. It was such a pity.
Lu Yun snapped out of his daze at Yun Qi's words and drove straight to the mall's private basement. He swiped his ID card to enter; it was his personal parking lot, and only his car could go in.
