Chapter 163 Master Chen

On the eleventh day on the deserted island, a newcomer arrived in the micro-world. Just as Chen Yang had expected, when his phone was not with him, the micro-world prompted him, asking if he agreed to let the newcomer enter.

The two newcomers are, of course, painter Zhang Jian and pastry chef Xia Yue.

When Chen Yang and his group entered the Micro Realm, the two newcomers had already begun to accept the existence of the Micro Realm.

Seeing Chen Yang and the others come in, Zhang Jiancai became even more certain.

"Boss, when you come back from the desert island, can I paint a picture for you? I might be the first painter in history to paint aliens," Zhang Jian said to Chen Yang with a smile.

Chen Yang smiled and nodded, saying, "Then I won't pay you."

Both of them chose the camp construction task, and they were quite quick to learn and adapt.

Xia Yue excitedly studied the desserts, wondering how to make them under such primitive conditions. Zhang Jian, of course, started drawing, especially after meeting Xiao Hei, which sparked his interest.

Lacking paper and pens, Zhang Jian used stone powder and plant juice to make natural pigments, which he then used to make simple carvings on the stones. Surprisingly, the results were quite good. Upon seeing this, Li Sen immediately gave him a series of tasks, asking him to paint various parts of the camp.

Xiao Hei has been spending more time outside lately, occasionally shamelessly mooching food and drinks from the camp. However, it still knows the rules and often brings prey with it.

After meeting Zhang Jian, the lucky one started looking for his orange cat, Sanpang. At the inn, he and Sanpang got along quite well, and Sanpang was one of his rare friends in the real world, although it seemed that Sanpang always treated him as a mount.

"Look at my newly invented fruit pie, everyone come and have a taste." Xia Yue brought over a plate with freshly baked fruit pie on it.

As expected of a professional pastry chef, their work is truly exceptional. Just looking at the appearance, it's much better than the cakes they've made before. The fruit pieces and jam are neatly distributed, the cake has a nice color, and there's even jam flowing out in the middle.

Everyone happily ate a pie, and even the lucky one got a small bite. As for Little Black, it didn't seem interested in it. It still preferred meat dipped in honey, which it considered the most perfect food in the world.

Zhang Jian drew a picture of Fatty Sanpang on a rock for the European Emperor, which the European Emperor found very novel and kept circling around the rock. It must be said that Zhang Jian's skills were really high. He grabbed a piece of charcoal and used it as a charcoal pencil, and he was able to draw Fatty Sanpang so realistically that the chubby feeling was exactly the same as the real Fatty Sanpang.

"It seems I need to find a substitute for paint. Such a beautiful world, if I can't depict it with a paintbrush, it will be a lifelong regret," Zhang Jian said, looking at the cabin and the snow-capped mountains.

Such a place, facing mountains and lakes, and backed by forests and snow-capped peaks, is simply the dream place of every painter.

"By the way, Chen Yang, do you know what's been going on with Xiao Qi these past two days?" Yun Hu suddenly asked. "Yun Shi said she hasn't logged into the Micro World these past two days, but Xiao Qi told them beforehand that she had something to do."

Chen Yang frowned and said, "Xiao Qi didn't tell me anything. Did you know he's been to the inn these past few days?"

Yun Hu shook his head and said, "She didn't come. I already asked Wang Bing, and he said he hadn't seen Xiao Qi."

"I'll make a call tomorrow and see if I can get in touch with Xiaoqi."

Chen Yang knew that Xiao Qi wasn't the type to disappear like that; something must have happened. But what could possibly prevent her from even entering the micro-world while she was sleeping?

Chen Yang and Ye Wu were the people at the inn who had been in contact with Xiao Qi before, but now they didn't even have their phones with them, so they couldn't do anything.

Chen Yang could only wait for a reply regarding Xiao Qi's matter. He woke up shortly after dark in the micro-world, while it was still dark on the deserted island.

"You can't sleep either?" Grena asked when she saw Chen Yang wake up. "If none of you wake up, I'll think you've all been poisoned and won't wake up."

He couldn't understand why Chen Yang and his group could sleep so soundly in a place like this. His own team, while sleeping relatively peacefully tonight, still had a few members who woke up in the middle of the night.

"This is our Eastern hypnosis technique; everyone here has been trained," Chen Yang said with a smile.

Grena didn't believe it; he took it as Chen Yang joking.

“You are truly an amazing group of people; I am humbled by your abilities,” Grena said.

"We are a bit special; when it comes to survival, we are not as good as you."

Grena knew that Easterners were generally modest, so she didn't dwell on who was stronger or weaker. Instead, she asked Chen Yang, "Chen Yang, do you really have no outdoor experience at all? You really surprise me."

Can a normal person easily catch a dozen or so fish?

Chen Yang smiled and said, "I have martial arts skills."

"Eastern Kung Fu!" Grena exclaimed.

He had heard of Eastern kung fu and had once longed for it, but he had also heard that there was a great deal of exaggeration in Eastern kung fu.

Chen Yang noticed Grena's confusion. Just then, he saw a lizard crawl past the fire, and he grabbed his military knife and swung it around.

Grena only saw a flash of cold light streak across the night and firelight, like lightning.

Chen Yang stepped forward, caught the lizard that had been pierced by the military knife, and then smiled at Grena, saying, "Now you believe me, right?"

Grena nodded, completely convinced. He was now utterly convinced; it was normal for them to lose against a group of skilled Easterners.

"Chen Yang, can I learn kung fu from you?"

"If you're interested, I can teach you a few basic boxing techniques, but don't get your hopes up too high. It's like ballet; it's too late to learn it at this age."

“I understand, I understand. I’m very grateful that you can teach me.” Grena nodded repeatedly.

Since he was bored anyway, Chen Yang simply taught Grena Xingyi Quan by the fire.

Grandpa Yun once told Chen Yang that he never kept his skills to himself. His wish was to promote martial arts. He had long since abandoned his old ideas, so he didn't care who Chen Yang taught.

Grena had never encountered this kind of boxing style that emphasized intent over form before. He had practiced Taekwondo, but it was vastly different from Xingyi Quan.

Besides Grena, several other foreigners who had woken up also came over with great interest, wanting to learn and observe. Chen Yang then led them to the beach and began teaching boxing under the bright moonlight.

One of the men, who knew boxing, wanted to challenge Chen Yang. After being knocked down by Chen Yang with one hand, he was convinced of Chen Yang's skill and began to ask Chen Yang for boxing tips.

So when the others woke up, they saw a group of foreigners practicing martial arts in the morning sun, which looked rather strange.

Li Lei, Doug, and two other photographers who were with the team also seized the opportunity to capture this moment.

So, over the next few days, Chen Yang became known as Master Chen among this group of foreigners, and received the utmost respect from them, almost to the point of being worshipped.
