The ape went to find its kin, and Chen Yang began to ponder a question.
What does humanity really mean to the Earth?
Without a doubt, humans are the most unique creatures on Earth.
There are countless creatures on Earth, but only humans possess high intelligence, and it was only after the human population exceeded 10 billion that they attracted the attention of other creatures in the universe.
It's difficult for people in the midst of it to realize the problem.
Even though they knew the number of people, they didn't clearly realize what that number meant.
The ape was already shocked when it saw the population of hz.
This terrifying population size is less than one ten-thousandth of the world's total.
Every individual is a creative being with a strong sense of self.
Humans are terrifying.
Even Chen Yang thinks so.
Even if the creatures of the outer realms were given tens of thousands of years to develop, they would still be the same.
But what about humanity? Who can imagine what humanity will be like tens of thousands of years from now?
Perhaps this is the balance of the universe. Humanity is about to undergo a dramatic change, which will either destroy humanity or drastically reduce the human population.
Chen Yang simply hasn't grasped the essence of this matter yet.
He suspects that the Earth also has its own thoughts.
If the microcosm exists, and so does the outer realm, then why can't Earth have it too?
Moreover, Earth is much larger than the Microverse and the Outer World, more than a hundred times larger.
If the Earth has consciousness, then its consciousness must be incredibly powerful.
The microcosm was already incredible to Chen Yang; if Earth also had self-awareness, how terrifying that would be!
Perhaps the micro-world and the outer realms are derivatives of Earth's self-awareness, which is why they are similar to Earth's environment.
These are all backup plans prepared by Earth.
Chen Yang dared not speculate too much, fearing that he might take it as fact if he overthought it.
There are still many important points he hasn't figured out, and he has no way of guessing them.
So he tried his best to control himself from overthinking and focused on doing his own thing.
The questions about the micro-realm and the outer realms have been lingering for a while now, but at least we've grasped some of the essence of it, so we're not completely clueless anymore.
He was fairly certain that neither the micro-realm nor the outer realms harbored any ill will towards him; he could clearly sense this.
He and the outer realms seemed to have some kind of symbiotic relationship. The ball of light seemed to depend on him for its existence, but Chen Yang wasn't entirely clear on the reason why.
According to Weijie on that day, he was selected through a process of selection. Weijie also told him the selection criteria.
It was the micro-realm that selected him and then allowed him to coexist with that ball of light from beyond the realm.
He wanted to know the purpose of the Microworld.
Unfortunately, based on the information we have so far, we are still not satisfied with understanding the true nature of the matter.
All Chen Yang can do is continue to focus on developing the micro-world.
Recently, he brought in some members of the community, all of whom are relatively young but have made achievements in certain areas.
Unlike superhumans who only bring in geniuses, the people Chen Yang brings in are often not geniuses, and are even considered strange by normal people.
However, it's just a difference in behavior; their personalities are still normal.
This also brought a group of young people to the micro-world.
The average age of the inhabitants of the Micro World is still too old.
Most young people in the micro-world bring their parents to live with them in their old age, so the micro-world has a serious aging problem.
Fortunately, the micro-world is full of spiritual energy, and the elderly are all in good health. Moreover, the elderly have more life experience, which seems useless in modern society, but can be very useful in the micro-world.
However, youth is important in any era; only a young society can be vibrant.
Young people are more creative and willing to try new things; they are not bound by experience.
Therefore, Chen Yang also plans to bring in some young people to inject youthful blood into the micro-world.
These teenagers were actually recommended to him by Huaxia. Many of them had special talents and hobbies in certain areas, but were unable to put them to use in reality.
The leadership of China is well aware of the state of education in the country.
Educational reform is not something that can be done overnight, and every country has different national conditions.
If we listened to those keyboard warriors and simply adopted the Western model, China would have been in chaos long ago.
The introduction of the Micro Realm is only a drop in the ocean for China, but it is still helpful and beneficial to the development of the Micro Realm.
It will take time for the micro-world to form a natural society; at least it will have to wait until the Chen Nian generation comes of age.
As long as Chen Nian and the others are the native inhabitants of the Micro Realm, the Micro Realm will mature as they grow.
Therefore, Chen Yang and his team still have a long way to go.
At the very least, all construction of Xindu Town should be completed within five years. Any necessary renovations later can be discussed later.
Plans are made gradually. Even China has its five-year plans, so let alone Microworld.
With real-world knowledge at our disposal, coupled with the incredible conveniences of the microcosm, it's not actually as difficult as one might imagine.
Five years from now, not to mention the small town of Xindu, all the major self-operated camps will probably have stabilized and have their own operating methods.
Chen Yang hopes this kind of life can continue indefinitely.
It is best if the crises that may emerge within the next century do not affect this generation.
However, as Microworld has also stated, it is not Earth's Noah's Ark; the land beyond the boundary is.
If a crisis were to occur, perhaps the inhabitants of the Microverse would be the safest.
If the Microverse isn't a Noah's Ark like the Outer World, then it should still serve as a place to preserve humanity's seeds.
Chen Yang realized that he was now feeling a bit like an unfounded worryer.
With great power comes great responsibility.
Before, he only needed to think about protecting his family and the microcosm, but now, he has expanded his focus to the entire Earth.
If a battle were to actually break out, he wondered if he had the ability to withstand an army of thousands.
We don't know how advanced alien technology is, or how strong their physical abilities are, or even if they possess spiritual abilities.
Chen Yang is invincible to humans, but it's a different story for other creatures.
Furthermore, Chen Yang could clearly sense that his most powerful ability did not belong to him.
His immortality directly put him into an invincible state; however, his immortality was not due to his physical energy, but rather to invisible energy covering his body.
This seems to be a capability granted by the micro-world to ensure its own safety.
The power of immortality was so strong that it made Chen Yang invincible.
However, this was not Chen Yang's own ability. Even after his last coma, the ability of immortality did not merge with his body like other abilities.
Chen Yang could feel that his physical body and his immortal body were distinct.
My body is still getting stronger, but it's still far from being immortal.
