"Let's go, stop being so vain, I haven't bought mine yet." Shen Yizhou said and left without looking back.
He Tiantian was furious and helpless. She punched his back a few times, but then she still happily chased after him.
Shen Yizhou walked to the men's clothing store, picked out an all-white shirt at random, and went to the dressing room to change.
He Tiantian waited outside, feeling a little excited!
When Shen Yizhou came out, He Tiantian was dumbfounded. She stared blankly at the man in front of her. Shen Yizhou was a walking clothes hanger... even the ugliest clothes would look good on him.
"Is it pretty?" Shen Yizhou asked He Tiantian with a slight smile.
"It looks absolutely gorgeous," He Tiantian replied honestly.
I regretted it after I answered! Damn it! That jerk won't even praise me! And I have to praise him?!
Damn it! He Tiantian was in a fit of impotent rage.
Shen Yizhou secretly rejoiced as he watched her unleash her inner power.
After shopping, the two returned to the hotel. He Tiantian glanced at the time as she passed the front desk; it was already almost seven o'clock. She needed to take a shower and then go to the banquet. She had to hurry.
As soon as Shen Yizhou opened the door, He Tiantian sprinted to the bathroom, quickly took a shower, and changed into new clothes.
"Hehehe, it looks so good~" He Tiantian stood in front of the mirror and started admiring herself again.
"Zhouzhou, hurry up and take a shower and change into new clothes," He Tiantian kept urging Shen Yizhou.
Helpless, Shen Yizhou had no choice but to go into the toilet to wash up.
He Tiantian sat on the sofa, excitedly waiting for Shen Yizhou. This was her first time attending a so-called banquet, and she thought there would be lots of delicious food!
Shen Yizhou came out wearing new clothes not long after.
Helplessly, he walked to the sofa and picked up the black clothes He Tiantian had been wearing. This person was really something; once she got new clothes, she would just throw away her old ones.
"Are you done? If you're done, we'll go down." Shen Yizhou was all ready and just waiting for He Tiantian.
He Tiantian pulled her hair up, but unfortunately she didn't have any lipstick! She bit her lip hard, and thought, "Hmm, not bad! Very red! Very beautiful!"
"I'm all ready! Let's go." He Tiantian excitedly opened the door and walked out.
"Wait, hold my hand and let's walk." Shen Yizhou hurriedly pulled her back and said.
"Oh, oh, oh, I forgot, hehe, we're dance partners! I know perfectly well!" He Tiantian said, hooking her arm around Shen Yizhou's hand.
Shen Yizhou brought He Tiantian to the restaurant, where many people had already gathered.
He Tiantian looked around, trying to see if the woman she had seen that morning was there. She finally saw the woman's face clearly.
The big boss walked onto the stage, tapped the microphone, and spoke.
"Ladies and gentlemen, today I, Tang, am hosting another banquet. I hope you all enjoy yourselves and don't feel too constrained. Thank you all for coming!" After the big boss finished speaking, a round of applause rang out from backstage. The big boss then asked someone to play music and walked off the stage.
Shen Yizhou looked towards the corner and saw a woman standing below the stage. Judging from her back view, she was no ordinary person.
Sure enough, when the big boss came down, the woman went to greet him.
He Tiantian also witnessed this scene.
Shen Yizhou had already pulled He Tiantian over there.
"Mr. Tang, it's been a long time." Shen Yizhou said to the big boss in a cliché way.
"Hey, young man, who are you?" The big boss looked at Shen Yizhou with a puzzled expression.
"Hey, what a memory! We met at the restaurant before, and you even chatted with me for a bit." Shen Yizhou looked at Boss Tang with some regret, as if blaming him for not remembering him.
"Ah! Oh! It's you! Hey, my memory's failing me, young man! Come over there and have a drink." Boss Tang tried his best to cover up his embarrassment.
Boss Tang led the two to the table and stopped, picking up a glass of wine and handing it to Shen Yizhou and He Tiantian.
"Hey, Mr. Tang, is this your wife?" Shen Yizhou asked, looking at the woman next to Mr. Tang.
"Yes! Xiaoyi, say hello to them." Boss Tang said, touching his big belly and looking at Xiaoyi.
"Hello, I'm Jiang Yi, Tang Ning's wife." Jiang Yi introduced herself to Shen Yizhou and He Tiantian.
"Hello, Mrs. Tang, that pearl necklace you're wearing must be quite expensive, right?" Shen Yizhou suddenly asked in surprise.
"Wow, you definitely know your stuff! I bought this from far away, it's imported!" Tang Ning said, giving Shen Yizhou an admiring look.
"I knew it! It looks different from ordinary pearl necklaces." Shen Yizhou took a sip of his wine and smiled at Jiang Yi.
"Exactly! This woman doesn't appreciate it at all. She lost one, and we just got someone to replace the missing one." Tang Ning said, looking at Jiang Yi with a look of disgust.
Jiang Yi looked at Shen Yizhou nervously, knowing that he was testing her.
"Well, it's all fixed now. We'll be going now. Mr. Tang and Mrs. Tang, let's chat again when you have time." Shen Yizhou smiled and said goodbye to Mr. Tang before leaving.
Jiang Yi stared intently at the backs of Shen Yizhou and He Tiantian.
"Could it be her?" He Tiantian looked up and asked Shen Yizhou.
“Yes, 80% of the evidence points to her,” Shen Yizhou nodded and said.
He Tiantian didn't say anything more, and Shen Yizhou led her to some desserts.
"Eat up, eat more, there won't be any left soon," Shen Yizhou suddenly said to He Tiantian.
He Tiantian looked puzzled, but looking at the small cake in front of her, she couldn't resist eating it like crazy.
"This is so delicious!! Zhouzhou, you have one too." He Tiantian picked up a small cake and stuffed it into Shen Yizhou's mouth.
Shen Yizhou had no choice but to open his mouth and eat it anyway.
At this moment, Aqing and Ayu ran over.
