Chapter 67 Train Ghost Stories 4

Shen Yizhou squinted, looking at the person on the ground in an odd posture, perhaps because he had woken up in the wrong way.

He closed his eyes and opened them again, and when he saw that the person on the ground was He Tiantian, he realized that everything was alright.

He Tiantian's phone received a message from the train conductor in the group chat.

[Train conductor: Good morning, passengers. There has been an incident in carriage 7, and we need your assistance in the investigation. Please proceed to carriage 7 immediately.]

"Zhouzhou! Look at the messages in the group chat, should we go now?"

Upon hearing the sound, Shen Yizhou waved his hand at her, signaling her to hand him the phone.

He Tiantian pouted and handed him her phone.

Shen Yizhou glanced at the message briefly, then got out of bed, threw off the covers, and put on a white t-shirt.

After Shen Yizhou finished washing up, the two set off for carriage number 7.

The corridor was full of passengers, all muttering that they could finally walk around on the train.

Their carriage was number 2, and it would take some time to get to number 7. He Tiantian looked curiously at the passing carriages.

I discovered that each carriage was classified in a different class, based on points. When I got to carriage number 7, I found it was all seats.

So their scores are already quite high, wouldn't carriage number 1 be even more luxurious!?

Carriage 7 was quickly filled with people, and He Tiantian stretched out her fingers to check the points one by one.

Seeing a team ranked first with points, she looked up in surprise and saw two richly dressed boys.

They exuded an air of nobility and gave off a feeling that kept strangers at bay.

They practically have the word "aloof" plastered on their heads.

Aqing and Ayu squeezed through the crowd and found He Tiantian and Shen Yizhou.

He Tiantian glanced at their scores with curiosity and burst out laughing; they only had 5800 points.

"Brother Zhou! Tian Tian! I've missed you so much!" A Qing's voice was a bit loud, and everyone around looked over.

He Tiantian awkwardly pretended not to know them.

Ayu curiously checked their scores and was surprised to find they had points! "How come you have such high scores? Are you staying at the very front?"

"Tell me how many points we have. I'm a little curious."

"Showing points, ranked in the top 20," Ayu said, looking at the points above her head.

He Tiantian grabbed Shen Yizhou's arm in shock. They had actually broken 10,000 points! They originally only had 9,000 points.

Therefore, completing the apartment grants an additional 1100 points.

"How come you only got 5800? Didn't the castle get second place?"

"Hey, we're already at a low level, there are so many experts here." Aqing pointed at the group of people.

Shen Yizhou didn't say a word the whole time. He was observing the people here. The top 10 people were basically sitting in the front row.

The train conductor came out from the side door.

[Train Conductor: Passengers, please quiet down. There was an incident this morning. Our staff member from carriage 1 was found in carriage 6. His death was extremely gruesome; his chest had been ripped open and his eyes had been gouged out. We need your assistance in the investigation.]

[Train conductor: The top 20 teams will receive some important clues. The bottom 20 teams will have to search on their own. Passengers in carriages 1 and 2, please return to your rooms. Train conductors will distribute clues there.]

[Train conductor: Only the first 40 teams will be able to pass this time.]

As soon as the words were spoken, someone got up and left, with the two richly dressed men leading the way.

Shen Yizhou also took He Tiantian back to the room. He was quite calm and sat down on a chair to eat breakfast.

He Tiantian sat on the bed, dejected. She had thought that this time all she had to do was survive.

A train conductor's voice sounded from outside the door, "The clue box has been delivered; please collect it as soon as possible."

He Tiantian couldn't wait to open the door, where a small brown leather suitcase was placed.

Open the small leather suitcase; inside were a pocket watch and a card.

[Clue: The killer is left-handed.]

He Tiantian flipped the card back and forth in disbelief. Was that all? Perhaps it would be better not to give it at all.

"This clue is very useful. Hide this card well."

"This is really useful??"

"Most people are right-handed."

He Tiantian fell silent. She had actually forgotten about that. It seemed that her brain had started to deteriorate again after not using it for a few days.

She tucked the card under her pillow, hoping to dream of the killer's face that night.

Another message was sent out in the group.

[Train conductor: You are free to move around the carriages until 11:00 PM.]

He Tiantian was indifferent to this; she just felt very tired and didn't want to go out at all.

"I'm going out for a bit. You stay in the room and remember to lock the door."

Shen Yizhou left after he finished speaking, leaving He Tiantian completely bewildered. Why didn't he take her with him?

Whatever, she didn't want to move anyway. He Tiantian walked to the door, locked it, and sat on the sofa watching TV.

Shen Yizhou arrived at the train conductor's office and casually flipped through the documents to find the passenger information sheet and the employee list.

He casually locked the door and pressed the print button.

He printed out a large stack of information forms in no time, stuffed them into his coat, and left.

When they reached carriage number 1, they bumped into the first person in the red shirt, whose shoulder was perched with a crow that was handing them notes.

As Shen Yizhou brushed past them, he caught a whiff of a strong perfume.

The crow flapped its wings and tilted its head to look at Shen Yizhou.

He stood at the door and knocked. "It's me, open the door."

He Tiantian unlocked the door and opened it. Shen Yizhou walked in and placed a large stack of documents on the table.
