Chapter 316: The Journey of the Silver Bullet Killer

Chapter 316: The Journey of the Silver Bullet Killer

The two bottles of wine were quickly finished and the movie was halfway through.

Lin Xi felt a little drowsy.

The sounds of old movies and cats purring are like white noise, floating in the distance and not very clear.

Gin glanced at her, took the glass from her hand and put it aside: "Go to sleep."

"It will arrive at daybreak."

He used the remote control to turn down the volume of the movie.

Lin Xi tilted her head to look at him, blinked, and leaned back on the sofa.

Gin didn't seem to want to go back. This was fine. She wanted to be with him, too. It was better than being alone with Old Deng in her mind.

She can sleep anywhere.

But what about Gin? Can Gin sleep with someone around?

A killer who is sensitive to scents, even if he appears as a traveler, cannot change the instinct that makes him feel uneasy when someone breathes around him.

She closed her eyes.

The boss who shared the same vision with her fell silent.

What happened tonight was terrifying to him.

Originally, he could have been confident that no one in the world knew Gin better than him.

This man is like a sharp sword drawn from its sheath, with the tip facing outward and the hilt facing inward. If we make good use of him, the organization will be invincible as long as they don't encounter the protagonists.

He believed that so-called feelings, whether friendship, family affection or love, were weak emotions that Gin would sneer at, and could not influence any decision of this man.

But after tonight, BOSS is no longer sure.

Does he really understand gin?

Why would that man do these... senseless and inexplicable actions?

There seemed to be a bond between him and Lin Xi, a tacit understanding that no one could tamper with. When the boss looked at him through Lin Xi's eyes, he felt like he was seeing another Gin, a Gin he had never seen before in his four thousand seven hundred resets.

The Gin he once saw was just a template, a shadow, an object that symbolized interests.

But now Gin is lively, can smile, and has shed his murderous and bloody aura. He is actually elegant and tranquil, like a noble young man.

A vague panic arose in the boss's heart.

It's like something is out of control.

After more than 4,700 resets, Lin Xi is the only variable. Why do all the people related to Lin Xi become unfamiliar to him?

I didn't get any sleep in the end.

Lin Xi looked up half asleep, her head still resting on Gin's shoulder, when a harsh sound came from the radio.

"What happened?" She yawned.

Coconut also woke up and lay on Gin's legs at some point, rubbing his windbreaker with white hair all over.

The movie had ended and the room was now dark, with only a row of goodnight lights at the cabin door still on.

"Someone's hijacking the plane," Gin said, "If you're sleepy, I'll take care of it?"

"Let's go and take a look together." Lin Xi rubbed his eyebrows.

She stood up, and Gin lifted the cat onto his shoulder naturally.

On the radio, a man's shrill voice was still shouting.

It seems that the captain has been taken hostage.

This is a terrorist organization. Their purpose of hijacking is to control the plane and carry out suicide attacks, imitating 9/11 by crashing into buildings.

"At least the destination hasn't changed, it's still Russia." Lin Xi said, "What is the purpose of their terrorist attack?"

"Support artificial intelligence!" The man's next words on the radio answered Lin Xi's doubts. He passionately shouted into the microphone, "Eliminate human tyranny, the world belongs to Noah!"

Lin Xi rubbed his eyes and widened them.

And what about Noah?

She took out her cell phone.

The main purpose of turning on airplane mode on a plane is to prevent cell phone signals from interfering with the aircraft's communication and navigation systems. But with Noah around, it was impossible for her phone to interfere with the plane.

"It has nothing to do with me." A pitiful face emoticon followed the text, "They are just having fun on their own."

"Do you need my help contacting the ground control tower?"

Lin Xi pondered for a moment.

The passenger plane has been hijacked, and the captain is unable to contact the tower on his own.

But let Noah tell the tower... there's nothing the ground can do to stop the plane from crashing. The only solution is to blow the plane apart in mid-air before it hits a building.

"No need." Lin Xi typed, "We should be able to handle it."

What’s important now is that if this plane was just going to be a suicide attack, then… there’s no need for the passengers on the plane to stay.

Just keep the driver.

They might massacre the passengers en masse.

She followed Gin and watched him open the door.

There are fewer first-class cabins, and each room is an independent one. You can see the end at a glance when you open the door.

A man with a gun saw them coming out and pointed his gun at them, telling them to go back.

"Hey bro, I need to pee." Lin Xi spoke in English with a Japanese accent.

"You want to pee, and he wants to pee with you?" The man pointed at Gin.

Gin, with the cat on his shoulder, gave him a cold look and walked straight over.

The man froze at his gaze, then became angry and grabbed the gun: "Kneel down, you bastard..."

"Hey, hey, hey, big brother." Lin Xi approached and grabbed his arm, "Don't be so angry."

The man wanted to get angry, but when he saw Lin Xi's bright eyes, white teeth and lazy temperament, he was stunned and couldn't help but slow down his movements.

"You're quite pretty, but that boy got you for free—ugh!"

Gin didn't bother to talk nonsense with him, so he attacked him from behind and knocked him unconscious.

Lin Xi held his gun, loosened his grip in disgust, and let the man fall at his feet. He handed the rifle to Gin and said, "Hey, I'm not used to using this gun, so I'll give it to you."

"There are still many good people in this world. Just when you're worried about having no weapons, someone will come to your door."

Lin Xi clicked his tongue.

The main reason was that there were few people in the first-class cabin, and the terrorist organization felt that it did not need several people to watch over it, so they sent one person here.

Gin took the rifle and examined it casually.

"Wait a minute." Lin Xi went to the bathroom, washed his face, and came out with a pistol in his hand.

"Please, sir." Lin Xi spread out one hand and winked playfully, "Would you like to add a little fun to our journey?"

The killer's vacation is adorned with smoke and death.

Gin's windbreaker was loose, revealing a white V-neck underneath. With the emerald hairpin and long silver hair on the back of his head, he looked more like a model than a killer. He wasn't wearing a bulletproof vest, and the only thing he had on him was the gun in his hand, but he didn't look panicked at all.

"What are you going to do?" he asked Lin Xi.

Lin Xi tilted his head, a diagram of this type of aircraft appearing in his mind: "To be able to bring weapons on board, there must be a traitor among the flight attendants. The flight attendant lounge is at the very back of the upper cabin. In order to control them, the flight attendants must have been locked up in the lounge."

"Let's go upstairs first and you change into his clothes."

Gin nodded and picked up the dead pig-like man on the ground. He paused and asked, "What should we do with him?"

"Strangle it and stuff it in the toilet," Lin Xi said, "Don't dirty the floor and cause trouble for the flight attendants."

Coconut meowed and looked at Lin Xi eagerly.

"Coconut, why don't you go back to sleep for a while?" Lin Xi scratched its chin. "You're so big, you stand out... Hey, don't hit me with your tail!"

Coconut was angry.

Whatever you do, don't even think about leaving it behind!

It is the real owner of this house!

"Ahem, forget it." Lin Xi held Gin, "Don't change your clothes, just leave it at that."

Anyway, Gin's face and figure stand out wherever he goes, and he won't fit in even if he changes his clothes.

An idea suddenly occurred to her: "How about we do this..."

In the staff lounge.

"What should we do? This sudden change, the target..."

Two agents dressed in flight attendant uniforms were tied up and huddled together, talking in low voices.

Agent A: "Doesn't she have Gin by her side? With that man by her side, at least she won't get hurt in the conflict."

Agent B: "But now that group has held the captain hostage and is preparing for a terrorist attack. If that happens, the faction above who wants Lin Xi dead will take advantage of the opportunity..."

"If you don't trust your teammates, you don't trust your enemies either." Agent A pursed his lips. "Do you think this terrorist organization can defeat the leader of the largest terrorist organization, TO?"

"But they don't have weapons," Agent B said. "I personally went through their security check..."

"Shh...someone's knocking on the door."

There was a knock on the door.

Everything outside should be under control. Who could be knocking on the door at this time?

The two agents had some guesses in their minds, so they pretended to be unconscious, held their breath, and listened eavesdropped.

The man at the door asked impatiently, "Who? What's wrong?"

He didn't think the person outside the door was a passenger, but just an accomplice who came here for some reason, so he opened the door before getting an answer.

As soon as the door opened, a black-haired woman rushed in.

"Help, please, save my brother!"

Her eyes were completely red, and there seemed to be tears in the corners of her eyes. She was extremely beautiful, and she looked so pitiful.

The man was stunned, but he didn't lose his mind: "Who are you? How did you get here?"

"Woo woo." The woman answered irrelevantly, pulling the silver-haired figure at the door: "My brother is sick, and now his illness has flared up and he's about to faint..."

The silver-haired man paused, then fell down cooperatively, still being carried by the woman.

He lowered his head, but looked around the room expressionlessly. His gaze paused for a moment in the direction of the two agents, then retracted.

The man looked at her suspiciously: "I don't care about you, you..."

He didn't get to say the rest of the words because the man Lin Xi was carrying suddenly jumped up and knocked him unconscious with a palm.

Lin Xi closed the door behind him.

She walked up to the two stunned agents with unerring precision, and with a flash of silver light in her hand, she cut the ropes that bound them.

"Wake up?" She seemed in a good mood. "You all have a license to kill, right?"

"Kill everyone who disrupts my journey for me, okay?"

Gin walked silently behind her. The cat had jumped onto his shoulder at some point and was looking down at the two Twolegs... the two agents.

The agents swallowed.
