Chapter 258 The Great Good Man 4 (2/2)

"What? You don't care what I say?"

Fang Xiao whispered, "No...but if Mom and Dad saw this...they'd say we were wasting money."

"They dare!" Fang Zhiyi's voice rose. "From now on, the three of you will listen to me. Do you understand?"

The three children looked at him and nodded in unison.

Apart from anything else, they have been able to eat meat these past two days since the unreasonable grandfather came.

While the three children went to school, Fang Zhiyi strolled to the market, asked someone to weld a cart, and bought a steamer and a stove, two helicopter pots, and two boxes of disposable plastic bowls. Seeing that he was older, people offered to deliver the goods.

Then I know how happy I am.

“It’s nice to be an old man.”

Xiao Hei just smacked his lips.

"What do you want in this world?" Fang Zhiyi knew that this guy would not come here for no reason.

"It's still early, I'm waiting." Xiao Hei didn't want to say more, and Fang Zhiyi didn't ask any more questions.

When the three children returned home that day, they found that the table at home had been requisitioned and their grandfather was kneading dough.

Fang Xiao put down his schoolbag and went forward to help. He vaguely felt that his grandfather's business was good for their family.

Fang Zhiyi glanced at them and asked, "Where are the school bags I asked you to buy?"

Fang Xiao was stunned for a moment: "I didn't buy it, I put the money away."

"Why?" Fang Zhiyi didn't stop.

Fang Yang said quickly: "If I get a new schoolbag, what if my mother sees some poor kid and gives it away? It's better to eat something that fills my stomach."

Fang Yue was the youngest, and she just looked at the dough in her grandfather's hand curiously.

Fang Zhiyi nodded: "Okay, then I'll take you to buy some later. Wait a little while, I'll make you some steamed buns. You'll be my first customers today."

As they were talking, Fang Jianguo and his wife came in. Chen Meihua was stunned when she saw Fang Zhiyi's scene, but then she remembered something and hurried to wash her hands before coming to help.

Fang Zhiyi watched her busying around and put his hands on his hips. Based on his experience, this daughter-in-law was up to no good.

But she didn't say anything and didn't ask.

Of course, when the first batch of steamed buns came out of the pot, the children's eyes were full of joy. The plump big buns and juicy dumplings made their stomachs growl as they were already hungry.

But Chen Meihua took the initiative to take out a plastic bag and took out several buns despite the heat.

"Dad, I'll send some to the Wang family. They only have one mother and one child. They're so pitiful."

Fang Xiao's eyes were a little dim. Every time there was a little food at home, his mother would give it to some neighbors, saying that this family was in trouble, that family was pitiful, and so on.

Fang Zhiyi didn't say anything, just watched her pretend. However, when Chen Meihua saw that Fang Zhiyi had no objection, she quickly called Fang Jianguo to help. The two of them filled a pot with a lot of steamed buns, muttering this and that. Only a few steamed buns were left. At first, the couple looked at Fang Zhiyi's expression from time to time, but when they saw that Fang Zhiyi had no reaction, they plucked up the courage to pretend. After finishing, they turned around and were about to leave.

"Pa!" Fang Jianguo almost lost his grip on the plate. "Dad, why are you hitting me?"

Fang Zhiyi looked at him with his hands behind his back: "Why did I hit you? You took it away without even giving me the money?"

"Give me money?" They were both dumbfounded. "No, Dad, you bought this..."

"You don't want to pay for the things I make? I make them to sell!" Fang Zhiyi had already guessed what these two people were thinking. It was nothing more than that they would take his things as a favor when he set up a stall in the future.

Fang Zhiyi stretched out his hand and nodded: "I can't count them all, give me two hundred."

"Two hundred?" Chen Meihua jumped up.
