My aunt plopped down on the fabric sofa, her fingers stroking the armrests. "Ruoruo, you lived with me for three years when you were little. We all treated you like our own daughter." She paused. "Now your brother is getting married, and they haven't chosen a house yet. Your room is empty anyway. Give me the key."
Her tone sounded more like an order than a negotiation.
Fang Ruoruo whispered, "Aunt, I still want to live in this room..."
My aunt interrupted her again, "How can you be so ungrateful? Don't forget how many people have lived in our house before you! Your father doesn't care about you! And if I hadn't paid 20,000 yuan for your mother's hospitalization, would she have survived?"

Fang Ruoruo felt something in her heart break. She stood there in a daze until her eldest cousin came out and pushed her out.
