This is not scientific!
Fang Zhiyi looked around in confusion, then looked back. The place she had passed through before was at least a corridor, but the place she had stepped into now was at most a cave. The original white walls had turned into mud, and the pale indicator lights had turned into torches hanging on the walls.
He shook his head. This world of demons is a bit strange.
Just as he was focusing on a door, he suddenly noticed that the scene was melting again.
"Alright, time for your experience is up." He left with those words, and then his body gradually became transparent.
Behind that door, Uresk was already huddled up, having already resigned himself to his fate. The door remained closed for a long time, and he was terrified. It wasn't until cheers came from outside that he realized the guy had left again.
Fang Zhiyi woke up in bed. His mother looked at him lovingly. Since learning that many people who had been plagued by demons had recovered, Fang's mother felt much more relaxed. When she saw that her son was awake, she said, "A classmate of yours has come to see you."
Fang Zhiyi cursed inwardly, but smiled gently on her face.
Until he saw the burly, dark-skinned boy sitting somewhat awkwardly in the living room, the burly, dark-skinned boy felt a mixture of joy and fear upon seeing him.
Knowing that the children had something to say, Fang's mother went to the kitchen.
"I didn't say a word! I didn't say a single word when they came to check!" The burly, dark-skinned man eagerly raised his finger to swear.
What he saw shocked him deeply: a sickly man first beat him and several of his henchmen, and then killed a monster completely possessed by a demon with his bare hands!
Fang Zhiyi stared at him, recalling his name, and after a long while asked, "Prey, what brings you to my house so late?"
Pree forced a smile: "I, I want, I want to be an exorcist."
"Then you'll be disappointed. I'm not an exorcist." Fang Zhiyi shrugged. "Why don't you go find one of those exorcism organizations? I've heard that cult is pretty good, isn't it?"
"No, no, no, I've seen them exorcise demons. They can't completely eliminate demons at all. It's different!" Prey was somewhat agitated. As if he had made up his mind, he knelt down on one knee. "Please, teach me!"
Fang Zhiyi ignored him. Teach you? Teach you how to use strange powers? That's nonsense. If her mental strength wasn't strong enough, she would have been devoured by that power long ago.
Seeing that Fang Zhiyi remained unmoved, Pre gritted his teeth and said, "Or, or you could help save my cousin! I'll do anything!"
Fang Zhiyi refused outright. He wasn't there to exorcise demons; he simply wanted to find the original owner's brother.
But just as she was about to tell him to leave, she suddenly remembered something.
"Your sister...is possessed?"
Seeing an opportunity, Pree said, "Yes, my aunt has already called the cult. They tied her up, but it's no use. She can still break free and fly away." He kept gesturing. "The cult members can't do anything either. They just chant some stuff I can't understand."
He recalled the image of the exorcist from the cult being covered in disgusting slime by his cousin, and his expression turned somewhat grim.
Fang Zhiyi suddenly stood up: "Let's go, take me to see."
As a relative, Pree entered his aunt's house without any trouble. He didn't mention Fang Zhiyi's identity, but instead said he wanted to see his cousin.
The aunt, with a worried expression, didn't think much of it; her possessed daughter had already drained a lot of her energy.
After a brief greeting, she left, leaving only Prey and Fang Zhiyi standing in the room.
A girl was fast asleep on the bed, her hands and feet tied to the edge of the bed.
