Chapter 922 Fighting Ghosts 22 (2/2)

Those high and mighty gods and Buddhas didn't bother to pay him any attention.

But Fang Zhiyi turned around and picked up the jar that sealed He Yuling.

"So these are your pawns? One person attains enlightenment, and even his chickens and dogs ascend to heaven. You all use human lives as capital for your tribulations. Today, I will break your rules!" He raised his hand, and a violent aura gathered in his palm.

Just as he was about to strike down with his palm, an old man appeared out of nowhere and blocked his hand.

"Don't make any more mistakes, you've already made too many."

Fang Zhiyi looked at the old man in front of her, grinned, and suddenly changed the direction of the demonic energy in her hand, gushing out towards the old man!

The old man clearly hadn't expected Fang Zhiyi to dare attack him, but the little demon's demonic energy posed no threat to him whatsoever; at most, he was just a bit disheveled.

"Stubborn to the end." The old man remained calm and composed.

But the next moment, he was slapped.

It caused almost no harm, but was extremely insulting.

"What the hell are you pretending for?" Fang Zhiyi cursed.

The old man instantly grew larger, becoming a giant in the blink of an eye, his eyes gleaming as he stared intently at Fang Zhiyi.

Clearly, as a deity, he didn't care about an ant like Fang Zhiyi, but he was humiliated to be slapped by an ant!

"Originally, that little demon traded his immortal path for your lifespan, but now it seems you no longer need it."

He slowly slapped down with his palm.

The black bear spirit, who was setting up a shed not far away, was dumbfounded. What was that thing? Was he going to tear down his own Taoist temple?

Before he could think, the black bear demon revealed his true form, his seemingly clumsy body charging forward with incredible speed: "Stop! Stop!"

It watched as the large hand pressed down, but the expected dust storm did not occur.

Instead, that hand was caught steadily.

Fang Zhiyi raised her hand and blocked the large hand that wanted to kill her.

The old man frowned slightly: "Hmm?"

"I've cultivated immortality, I've even been an immortal... Do you really think I'm that easy to bully?" Fang Zhiyi exerted force, forcefully pushing away the giant hand.

"So that's how it is, using demonic energy to obscure the Great Dao... a crooked and evil path," the old man said again.

But he quickly shut up because the ant had vanished from its spot, and by the time he noticed, Fang Zhiyi was already standing in front of his big face.

"Admit your mistakes and stand up straight when you're about to be hit!" Fang Zhiyi threw a punch, and the giant deity took the punch head-on with its face. Its body swayed a few times, and then it sat down on the ground with a thud, its size gradually shrinking.

"You, you're not...."

"Me? I'm not done for, am I?" Fang Zhiyi landed on the ground, shaking her hands. "I've been a ghost, a monster, a god, and a human... If this is a required course of tribulation for you, then I've been through quite a lot. If you don't act convincingly, would you dare to show yourself?"

The deity panicked.

"You think that by stealing the secrets of heaven and becoming immortal gods, you can conceal the great path of humanity? I swear to God." Fang Zhiyi took a step forward, his body emanating a strong aura of the heavenly Dao.

"You, when did you become an immortal?!" the old man asked in surprise.
