That area is so large, it's like dropping a giant bomb in the sea.
Thankfully, the robotic eagle flew fast, otherwise it would have been blown to pieces.
And one of them even had an energy stone in its mouth!
If the seawater washes over it, it will trigger another explosion.
The explosion caused the seawater to surge, turning into giant waves that spread in all directions.
We're far from there, and we can feel the waves crashing on the sea. Yuna Island is closer, and the warships at the pier are being tossed about by the waves.
The seawater washed ashore on the island, making a mess of it.
We don't know if anyone was injured.
I quickly connected to Kaman's phone.
First came a series of hurried footsteps, then Kaman shouted, "General! The cargo ship that just went out and our men have all lost contact."
What did you say?
"I wanted to ask them what happened over there, but I couldn't get in touch with them at all."
"Could it be that the signal is too weak due to the waves?"
"The signal is poor on all four ships?"
After Kaman finished speaking, there was a moment of silence on the other end.
"General! There was no wind today, so how could there be such a big wave? And it was just one wave."
"Kaman, you mean, it was Zheng Yang who did this?"
"There's an 80% chance! It's not impossible that he knew we were using fishing boats to tow people across, or that so many of us were on board."
With a loud "bang," someone exclaimed, "So, what if our three thousand men...?"
"General! We must send men to investigate immediately."
"Okay! I'll check right away."
Damn it! Investigate it! It's all turned to ash.
"General! We must quickly request reinforcements from Yangben's base. If something happens to those three thousand men, the base will only have one thousand men left, and we'll barely be able to protect ourselves."
Huh? There are only a thousand people left on Yuna Island?
Damn it, countering every move isn't my style.
I need to find some excuse to go to Yuna Island.
We've already started a war, do I need to make excuses?
Damn it! Did you think turning off the power to all the missiles would be enough?
I returned to shore and called Kaman at the same time.
"Kaman! It's me, Zheng Yang!"
"Who?" Kaman was clearly startled.
How did you get my phone number?
"Have you lost your mind? I'm the number one hacker, is it that hard for me to get your phone number?"
Kaman paused, taken aback by my outburst: "I'm asking you! Did you blow up our cargo ship?"
Are you trying to trick me into talking now?
"Why are you talking so much nonsense? Go find your general, I need to issue an ultimatum."
"What did you say?"
"I'm giving you a chance. Surrender now and make Torena compensate me. Otherwise, I won't be polite."
Kaman didn't say anything, but you could tell he was running.
"General! It's Zheng Yang on the phone."
"Zheng Yang?"
I heard their general's voice.
"You little brat! What do you want from me?"
"Go to hell! I'm giving you two choices: either surrender and make Torena compensate me."
"Either I take action, or if you die, don't blame me for being ruthless!"
"You're asking for it, kid!"
"It seems the general has no intention of surrendering. Well then, you just wait and see."
I hung up the phone as soon as I finished speaking, and the fishing boat that had just been seized came in handy.
I didn't tell the people on the island, because if they knew I was going to Yuna Island, they definitely wouldn't agree.
"Engineer Zheng, where are you going?"
As soon as I boarded the fishing boat, the captain of the Great Xia ship shouted:
"You don't need to worry about me. Just guard the base. I have some errands to run."
After I finished speaking, I started the fishing boat and sailed away.
I approached Yuna Island and emitted interference, so the island's radar system couldn't detect my signal at all.
Now I can see the lights on the island.
As soon as I reached out, the viper darted away.
At this distance, the viper could reach the island in just a few launches.
I'm going to get Vipers to find their missiles and power them up.
Their missiles will then be my weapons.
While I was at it, I started listening to Kaman's phone calls again.
General: "Can't find it? Can't find anything?"
"Based on the cargo ship's speed, we checked the sea area they should have reached, but there was nothing there."
We also checked Gaim Island, but found no trace of them there either.
Damn! That explosion even triggered a tsunami, what wasn't swept away?
"How is this possible?"
"General! I suspect they've perished. What about Zheng Yang..."
"You expect me to surrender a military base to that little brat?"
"But!"
"Even if only a thousand men are left, I'll still wipe them out. Don't we have a sailboat?"
Kaman: "Huh? You mean that old antique? General, that ship is fine to look at, but it's completely unusable!"
Has the general lost his mind? Why is he using ships that can't be sailed?
"Don't worry about me. So many people have died. The higher-ups won't let me off the hook. I'd rather go after that brat and fight him to the death."
Kaman: "General, listen to me, we haven't reached that point yet."
What? Three thousand soldiers have died and it still hasn't reached that point?
Something feels off to me.
Suddenly, I heard nothing. I had a feeling something was wrong earlier, and now the feeling was even stronger.
Just then, Viper passed by their office. As he was about to walk down, Viper asked me to guide him through the central air conditioning duct to the air vent in their office.
"What did you say? They're not dead?"
There was something I missed just now; it must have been Kaman telling the general that the man wasn't dead.
I immediately thought of those three thousand Mei soldiers.
Kaman: "Those three thousand men boarded the ship from the deck, but entered the water from the stern; they weren't on those four cargo ships."
