The main streets of the park are full of childlike fun. Since the specific projects need to be filled in by Yuewen Entertainment Media Group itself, the design focus is on the streets and buildings such as hotels and restaurants. The entire street also adheres to the idea of a children's theme, and the use of bright colors is the main approach.
The park features ubiquitous lounge chairs, animal-themed restaurant facades, and castle-like hotels, leaving all the high-rise buildings to the side. The tallest building is no more than ten stories high, ensuring that the entire children's theme park is always bathed in sunlight.
Outside the street, red maples are planted in a regular pattern. Every autumn, when the maple leaves turn red and the branches are full of color, it is the season for the phoenix to spread its wings and fly high!
Considering that most of the tourists are children, there are many makeshift toilets on the street, almost one every two hundred meters. They are hidden among the trees and slightly away from the main road, but it is only a five-minute walk away. Although it is a bit inconvenient, the advantage is that the smell will not reach the main street.
At the end of the children's theme park is the Seven-Star Cinema, a massive building. Surrounding it are tall hotels, restaurants, and adult entertainment venues. This is also where Phoenix stops. Two towering hotels, designed by Fang Yang, are both seven-star hotels, demanding the utmost luxury.
In contrast, the central building is rather ordinary. The 1,000-acre data cloud server room is the core of Yuewen Entertainment Media Group. The entire design is predominantly dark, surrounded by high walls and planted with trees. This area is the shadowy part under the phoenix's wings. Where there is light, there is darkness; this is an indisputable law of the world.
The employee housing is located between the server room and the headquarters. The high-rise buildings are interspersed among the green trees, creating a picturesque scene. The villa area, which occasionally peeks out from the woods, adds even more charm.
Along the riverside area, there are also several gardens of various styles, which employees or tourists can visit and enjoy when they have free time.
Overall, the green area of the entire park reaches more than 60%. This is because Fang Yang's envisioned film city has not yet been planned, so the designers had to temporarily fill it with greenery to avoid the barren mountain affecting the overall image.
"Yes, the overall design is excellent. Does it have a name?"
"The designers wanted to use the image of a phoenix spreading its wings. Xiaoyang, do you have any suggestions?"
Looking at the overall rendering, Fang Yang said, "A phoenix spreading its wings is fine, but it's not grand enough. Let's call it Phoenix Dancing in the Nine Heavens."
