Chapter 1 Falling into the Water

In the year 6666, a spacecraft was en route to Earth from Planet 233. Planet 233 was the 233rd habitable planet discovered by humanity, located in the distant constellation of Mount Sea, 300 light-years from Earth. This spacecraft was a tourist ship, and its passengers were all tourists hoping to return to Earth.

As early as 3333 AD, after humans discovered the first habitable planet, they began to migrate to other planets. However, with the passage of time, people began to miss their home planet, sparking a surge in Earth fever. Even the remote planet 233 has opened a route to Earth.

A family of three sat in the last row of the cabin. The father sat on the outermost seat, dozing with his head bowed. Next to him sat his wife and daughter, who were discussing quietly while staring at the computer projection in front of them. Suddenly, as if drawn to something, the spaceship began to plummet in a single direction, seemingly out of control. Then, the overhead lights went out, plunging the cabin into darkness. The captain's voice, apologizing, came over the radio, explaining that due to an operator error, the spaceship had entered a wormhole. Everyone, please prepare for the final moment.

After a moment's silence, screams, cries, and shoving sounds rang out in the spacecraft. Only the family of three sitting in the last row remained motionless. Zhu Xingtong woke up the soundly sleeping Zhu Fengting and told him the unfortunate news. Liang Yuan sat aside, looking at the two people she loved most with tears in her eyes. Zhu Fengting was silent for a moment before he opened his arms and hugged his wife and daughter tightly, saying clearly, "I love you!"

Zhu Xingtong hugged him back: "Mom and Dad, I love you too."

Before they could say anything, the spaceship began to shake violently. Then, they felt themselves being thrown out of the cabin and falling into endless darkness.

Zhu Xingtong spat out a mouthful of water and slowly regained consciousness. A young woman knelt beside her, looking at her with a look of surprise. There were many people gathered around her, chanting things like, "What a lucky guy!", "Thanks to Zhou Zhiqing!", "She woke up, but the Zhu couple are still in the river." Furthermore, there were people nearby crying and wailing. Most importantly, she didn't recognize any of these people. Upon hearing that she was awake, Huang Mei, who had been crying bitterly, pushed through the crowd and squeezed in, hugging her head and crying again.

Seeing that she didn't dare to move, Zhou Yan thought she was frightened, so she touched her forehead and shouted, "Don't be afraid, don't be afraid."

Suddenly, a cry of surprise erupted from the crowd, "It's been fished out! It's been fished out!"

Huang Mei heard this and ran out like the wind, still shouting, "Zhou Zhiqing, Zhou Zhiqing, please save my son."

A path had already been separated in the crowd, and Zhou Yan ran along it.

Zhu Xingtong also turned her head to look, but saw nothing. A number of people had gathered around, chattering non-stop. There seemed to be the sound of children being beaten nearby, making it very noisy. They spoke so quickly and urgently that she barely understood a word.

Only after the village healer arrived, felt her pulse, and prescribed medicine did Huang Mei finally pick her up and carry her home. Yes, she was carried. She was only about a meter tall, skinny, and it was unclear how old she was. But she was probably younger than Huang Mei, considering she was already fifteen.

The old woman was not tall and was very thin. She finally saw the two of them. They were lying on a wooden plank with their eyes closed, and were being carried to the village. Seeing this, she felt relieved and thought about waiting until she felt better. This body might have been soaked in water for too long and was weak. As soon as she thought of this, she couldn't help but sneeze loudly. The old woman saw her, comforted her twice, and walked faster. When they got home, the old woman wiped her body first, changed her into clean clothes, and then tucked her into the quilt. But the quilt was not very warm, and when she thought of this, she had already fallen asleep.

When Zhu Xingtong woke up again, there was no one in the room. She looked out the window and found that the sun had already set.

She rubbed her still dizzy head, then threw off the quilt and sat up. She first drank a sip of water on the small table next to her, then looked around. She found that there was nothing in the room except the small cabinet half a person's height next to her, a small stool, and the bed she was sitting on. Just as she was about to get up and go outside to take a look, a little kid came in from outside. Seeing that she was awake, he immediately turned around and shouted, "Grandma, my sister is awake."

After shouting, the little guy ran to her, pushed himself up with his hands and feet, and flipped over to the bed. He touched her head, then touched his own head, and then said in a serious manner: "Well, it's not hot anymore."

"Hey, I'm coming, I'm coming. Nannan, you must be hungry. Grandma made you your favorite sugared eggs. Eat them while they're hot. Your headache will go away after you eat them." Huang Mei came in with a bowl of brown sugar eggs.

Zhu Xingtong silently took the bowl. She was indeed hungry. Just as she lowered her head, she saw the little boy opposite her staring at the bowl in her hand, his mouth drooling. Despite this, he didn't speak.

Zhu Xingtong retracted his gaze, split the egg in the bowl in half, picked up half and put it to the little boy's mouth, "Eat."

Zhu Yuetong swallowed and shook her head: "Sister, eat. Tongtong is not hungry."

Huang Mei also said from the side: "Nannan is so good, but grandma made this specially for you. Don't worry about Tongtong, grandma will make it for him next time."

"Open your mouth." Zhu Xingtong insisted.

Zhu Yuetong has always listened to his sister since he was a child. He opened his mouth subconsciously, and who knew that the next moment, the sweet egg was in his mouth. His teeth bit it without his control. It was so sweet.
