Chapter 24: I must get the divorce certificate within three years!

Qiao Nansheng nodded: "Then I'll have to trouble you, little one."

"You're welcome." The little girl stood up and ran to help her connect. Qiao Nansheng remembered the location and then quickly opened the video.

The projector was turned down, and soon the cartoon was available—a downloaded Peppa Pig, which I had already downloaded a while ago, with a total of 5 episodes.

The little ones stopped crying as soon as they saw Peppa Pig and her family of four, and watched the cartoon with wide eyes, without even blinking.

Seeing that they were all watching cartoons obediently and no one was crying anymore, Qiao Nansheng felt completely exhausted and sat down on the stool with a big sigh of relief.

These little brats are really a handful! They've already done this to her in the first class. How is she going to get through the rest of the day?

The thought of having to work at a kindergarten is a nightmare!

No, no, she needs to switch careers to the entertainment industry as soon as possible. That way, she can get rid of these brats and speed up her mission to divorce Zhou Cheng.

She is determined to get a divorce certificate within three years!

What if the plot follows the same development as in "The Domineering CEO"? Wouldn't she be in big trouble?

Each episode of Peppa Pig is five minutes long. After watching four episodes, it was almost time for get out of class to end. When Qiao Nansheng said get out of class was over, the children cheered and happily went to play with their friends.

She boasted about buying delicious fruit candies, and that her dad had given her Transformers toy airplanes and trains. She even taught her friends to dance (which was actually just a chaotic mess). Qiao Nansheng watched, shaking her head, and quickly left with her computer.

She returned to the office, and the other teachers had also come back. When they saw her running in like the wind, they thought someone was chasing her.

Qiao Nansheng sat back in her office chair, picked up her water glass, and took a big gulp to calm her nerves.

"Nan Sheng, I heard from your family that you fell down the stairs and were hospitalized, which is why you haven't been to class for so long. Are you alright?" Her teacher, who sat next to her, turned around and asked with a worried look on her face.

This teacher is named Zhong Xuelian. She is a friend that Qiao Nansheng made in kindergarten. She has a gentle personality and is the same type as the character in "Male God", so the two of them get along well.

Qiao Nansheng recalled the indirect descriptions of Zhong Xuelian in the novel and confirmed her identity, then replied, "It's nothing."

Zhong Xuelian breathed a sigh of relief and said, "That's good. I really had something to do these days and couldn't come. My grandmother is also sick in the hospital. Otherwise, I would have come to see you sooner."

"Mmm." Qiao Nansheng nodded, opened a drawer and rummaged around, pulling out two bags of bear-shaped cookies for her. She casually asked, "How are classes conducted at school?"

Zhong Xuelian was stunned, her face full of shock: "You don't remember?"

Qiao Nansheng was already planning to use the amnesia trope, but seeing Zhong Xuelian's expression, she said, "Well, she fell and hit her head, so she doesn't remember many things after waking up. I showed the children cartoons in my first class, so... it should be fine, right?"

The group of kids arrived and immediately started clamoring to watch cartoons, just like how they did it every morning during the first period.

Zhong Xuelian: "This is a big problem. Why didn't you ask me when you first arrived?"

Qiao Nansheng said, "I was just too embarrassed to ask because you were all busy." But she wasn't actually sure which one was Zhong Xuelian.

Because it was described indirectly, when she first arrived at the school, all the teachers in the office greeted her, and even Zhong Xuelian called her "Teacher Qiao." It would be strange if she knew who that was.

"No wonder your class was so quiet this morning, now I see." Zhong Xuelian said with an expression of understanding, and then told Qiao Nansheng about the class.
