She forgot that Zhou Cheng in this world was different from her, unlike the domineering CEO in the novel who had no feelings for her whatsoever.
What she did was definitely a bit...unpleasant for him.
But...but what does it have to do with her?!
It wasn't like she begged him to marry her. It was a business marriage between the two families. She was already married when she came over. If she could, she wouldn't want to marry him.
Thinking this to himself, Qiao Nansheng inexplicably felt more confident and replied, "What could possibly happen to me? At most, I'll die. It's not a big deal. Then you can find another wife who likes you and listens to you..."
Before she could finish speaking, the man in front of her could no longer bear it, lowered his head and sealed her lips with his, not wanting to hear her say those words anymore.
Zhou Cheng gripped her waist so tightly that Qiao Nansheng felt like he was about to break her waist.
Her lips were being kissed and nibbled, the tingling and slightly stinging sensation stimulating her nerves.
That bastard!
He resorts to verbal abuse when he can't win an argument; that's going too far.
Qiao Nansheng opened her mouth and bit his tongue hard. Soon she could taste the blood in her mouth. He still didn't let go and bit her even harder.
The two fought like children, biting each other, their mouths filled with the metallic taste of blood, making it impossible to tell whether it was his or hers.
Qiao Nansheng's mouth was numb, and she was about to faint from lack of oxygen in her brain before he finally let her go.
A trickle of blood hung from the corner of the man's mouth. He stuck out his tongue and licked it away. He brushed away the blood that had seeped from her mouth with his fingers, accidentally touching the wound that had been bitten. Qiao Nansheng gasped in pain.
Zhou Cheng's gaze darkened, and he said, "Sorry, I hurt you."
Did you fucking hurt me? Are you trying to bite me to death?
They apologized, but I didn't feel any remorse at all.
Qiao Nansheng was so angry that she didn't want to talk to him and turned her head away from him.
She reached up and touched the corner of her mouth, and felt another wave of pain.
Damn it, is he a dog? He bit so hard! Ouch, his mouth must be swollen.
"Does it hurt a lot? Let me see." He reached out and pinched her chin, leaning closer to examine her.
My lip was bitten and the skin was broken, and blood was oozing out.
Qiao Nansheng frowned, pushed his hand away, and said with a look of disgust, "Do you really enjoy hurting people and then pretending to feel sorry for them?"
Zhou Cheng was taken aback and looked at her without saying anything.
"You've kissed, you've bitten, are you calm now?"
Let's move on from this.
"I'm going to work, get out of the way."
She kicked his shin.
Zhou Cheng remained silent. He stared at Qiao Nansheng for a long time before asking, "Did I scare you just now?"
"You're spouting nonsense, get out of the way," she said, rolling her eyes.
Zhou Cheng pursed his lips, feeling an endless stinging sensation. Not only had his lip been bitten, but his tongue had also been bitten.
He stopped bothering her, let go of her, and got off her.
Qiao Nansheng quickly got up, ran out of bed, went to the dressing room to get her clothes, and went to the bathroom to wash up.
Fifteen minutes later, she came out of the bathroom, walked to the bedside, picked up her phone which was charging on the bedside table, and then turned and left the master bedroom.
He didn't even glance at him from beginning to end.
Zhou Cheng couldn't quite explain his feelings.
He stared at her door for a long time until he heard the sound of a car starting up downstairs. He got out of bed, walked to the window, and pulled back the curtains to look down.
Qiao Nansheng just came out of the living room, opened the car door, and got in.
As she closed the door, she seemed to sense something, looked up at him for a moment, and then quickly looked down again.
After the car drove away from Shuixie Yunlan, Qiao Nansheng's phone vibrated; someone had sent her a message.
