Chapter 30 No Kissing
Shen Shi opened the door expressionlessly.
There were two boys standing outside the door. The leading one was tall and thin, wearing gold-rimmed glasses and holding a copybook in his hand. He had an arrogant temperament.
When he saw Shen Shi opening the door, he was obviously stunned for a moment, as if he didn't expect that there was a student inside.
"I'm going to see Professor Yan Ke. Just tell him... I'm Sun Yumo, the student recommended by President Sun of the Calligraphy Association."
Shen Shi glanced at Sun Yumo and the copybook in his hand, and said in a cold voice, "Teacher Yan is not here, what do you want to see him about?"
Sun Yumo's tone was a little impatient. "About the calligraphy competition, what? Are you also a participating student?"
The boy behind him seemed to recognize Shen Shi and pulled Sun Yumo's sleeve, "Brother Sun, this is Shen Shi from the Department of Literature, the one..."
Shen Shi ignored the boy and interrupted him directly, "Teacher Yan already has a student to lead in the competition. The quota has been reserved. Please go back."
"you!"
Sun Yumo's face darkened, as if he had heard some ridiculous joke. "What do you mean, is there anyone more powerful than me?"
"Get out of the way! I want to talk to Professor Yan in person! How could he possibly…"
"It's so noisy."
Pei Heng slowly walked to the door and stood beside Shen Shi, "Do you want to see Teacher Yan?"
"Yes." Sun Yumo frowned. "How come you all can get in, but I can't? Is this the quality of your literature department?"
Pei Heng doesn't bother to pay attention to impolite people.
He took out his cell phone and made a video call to Yan Ke.
Video connected in seconds.
Yan Ke's kindly smiling face immediately appeared on the screen. "Xiao Heng, how's your practice going?"
Pei Heng turned the camera of his mobile phone and pointed it at Sun Yumo, who was looking surprised and unhappy outside the door.
Sun Yumo: "Professor Yan, I..."
"Oh, it's classmate Sun."
Yan Ke suppressed his smile and addressed himself to the matter in a businesslike manner. "I know what you want to do. President Sun mentioned you to me. You have good skills. But..."
He changed the subject and said firmly, "I have decided to take Pei Heng to the competition. You have a solid foundation, so you can find another instructor."
Sun Yumo raised his voice in disbelief, clearly having never been rejected like this before. "Why? Professor Yan, I'm the one with the best chance of getting first place!"
Pei Heng didn't wait for him to finish, he just moved his finger and hung up the video.
"goodbye."
As the words fell, Shen Shi raised his hand tacitly and closed the door.
Sun Yumo: “…”
Damn it.
He must embarrass these two people in the school selection!

As soon as the door closed, Shen Shi turned around and looked at Pei Heng. There was no trace of the sharpness in his beautiful phoenix eyes.
Only a soft and watery look remained, and the corners of her eyes were even slightly red, accusing the intimacy that had just been interrupted.
Pei Heng looked at him like this, a smile flashing in his eyes, and deliberately said: "I am not sleepy anymore because of the noise. I will go back after practicing calligraphy for a while."
As he said this, he walked towards the desk.
The light in Chen Shi's eyes dimmed, and he hummed softly, helping Pei Heng put away the paper and pen he had just used for calligraphy practice.
Pei Heng walked to the table and sat down. He saw Shen Shi grinding ink with his eyes downcast. No matter how he looked at him, he seemed to have an air of "I feel wronged but I endure it and don't say it."
Pei Heng pulled his lower lip, hooked the collar of Chen Shi's sleeve, and motioned him to lower his head.
Shen Shi bent down and moved closer, "What..."
Before she could finish her words, Pei Heng raised his hand and pressed it on the back of her neck, kissing her on the cheek, just inches away from the corner of her lips, as gentle as the fluttering of a butterfly's wings.
Instantly separate.
"Ah Heng..."
Shen Shi's voice was completely hoarse, as if he had been bewitched, his breath burning and whispering pitifully, with a hook at the end.
"One more kiss, okay?"
Pei Heng's heart skipped a beat, and when Shen Shi's lips were about to fall on him, he covered his mouth.
The smile in his eyes became more and more obvious, and the corners of his lips curled up in a wicked way, very bad.
"No more kissing."
That's too much.
Under his palm, Shen Shi's lips could only utter vague whimpers.
He was like a fox that was refused a touch by its master but couldn't help getting close to him. He rubbed his cheek lovingly against Pei Heng's palm that was covering his mouth, nodded, tears in his eyes.
But he was still coaxed into doing so.
