Chapter 19: The Fallen Boy Northen

Chapter 19: The Fallen Boy Northen

"Show me now."

Noson stood up hurriedly and extended his hand to Aizhe.

He had just taken two steps forward when he immediately seemed to be tripped by something.

"oops!"

Then he rushed forward and his face hit Ai Zhe's arms.

He stuck it so tightly together that his entire face was buried in his chest muscles, as if he didn't want to get up.

The touch was so good, just as he thought.

Nutrition replenished! Progress 100%.

The next second, his head was violently whipped up. Northam felt that if he was not injured, he might have been thrown against the wall by the other party.

"What are you doing?!"

"I fell down!"

"You are so cruel to the wounded."

"My leg is injured too!"

Aizhe pulled him up in such an unpleasant manner that Northen had no choice but to return to the stool in disappointment.

The man has already started to get busy.

"Why don't you just crush the leaves and add some water and apply it on the skin?"

The tone was like someone was scolding a stupid dog - he couldn't even do such a simple thing.

"I forgot how to use it. My brain is broken."

Northen hugged his arms and spoke aggrievedly, his curly hair shaking as his tone fluctuated.

But when he thought about the touch he had just received on his chest, Northam's expression became happy again.

Ai Zhe had turned around and, in the dim light, picked up the leaves, crushed them by the faucet, and then walked over.

He squatted down and applied medicine to Northen. Northen didn't say anything and continued to look at him.

Her eyes were fixed intently on the silent man in front of her.

Neat short hair, handsome face, and reliable and strong shoulder and back lines.

Now, there is a bit more tenderness.

The sharp brow bones and drooping eyelashes under the thick eyebrows give the originally cold and hard lines unique to handsome men an unintentional softness.

As he applied the medicine to himself, his chest muscles rose and fell slightly, and the muscle lines moved slowly, as if deliberately attracting people's attention.

Noson's breathing hitched.

If I hadn't seen Ai Zhe, I would never have thought that one day I would be completely attracted by a man and unable to look away at all.

But it's reasonable.

After all, Ai Zhe is a handsome guy with outstanding figure and height.

As he stood up, his broad shoulders cast a shadow.

When turning around and the clothes sway, the lines of the chest muscles will make people uneasy.

Northam wiped the non-existent saliva from the corner of his mouth.

His back figure is so reliable, and his handsome face is usually cold and hard, but now it has a kind of inexplicable tenderness.

The insult he suffered from the general during the day may still have an impact on him, and the pride he once had in his eyes is gone.

Now his eyelashes are drooped.

It makes people want to feel sorry for him and love him.

The man who was preparing the bandage cloth occasionally glanced at himself, and his expression still looked disgusted and impatient.

But there was an imperceptible gentleness and tolerance in his eyes.

Not far away, the onion woke up from its nest under the tree.

He yawned and looked at the scene in the front room where his master was bending down to treat the wound of another man.

He yawned again, turned over happily, and let his ears droop.

Enjoying this quiet moment.

The next morning, Ai Zhe put the onion in the yard and ran two laps. While running, the onion deliberately avoided some plants planted by Ai Zhe.

He looks like he's having a lot of fun.

The potions in the camp worked very well, and they all recovered quickly.

Noson got up and stretched.

I have almost recovered in the past two days. If I am well enough, I will start practicing against Ai Zhe.

Continuous confrontational training is the basis for their accurate killing in battle.

He stretched lazily, the sun was shining brightly.

There was even a moment when I felt that this was not the end of the world.

The sun hasn't been this good for a long time.

He was stretching when his hand suddenly caught something.

……What's this?

It's in the shape of a net... hanging on the short tree outside my window.

Ai Zhe came over.

He stared at what was in Northam's hand.

That's... a spider web.

"Tuman, take a closer look. Has any creature other than humans entered the camp recently?"

Ai Zhe immediately dialed the number. Tuman was also a little panicked and quickly retrieved the records.

But no abnormalities were found.

The spider web was still hanging on Northam's hand, but the pattern of the spider web had been destroyed by him.

Soon, the spider web seemed to be sensitive to some kind of induction and slowly dissipated in the air right under their noses.

Both of them were shocked.

"We're going to find Tuman now."

Northam also became alert, and the two went to the laboratory to find Dr. Tuman.

"Nosen, put your hand on the instrument. I'll check if there's any spider web left."

Tuman frowned:

"The webs of golden silk spiders and stealth spiders can disintegrate in the air and are generally harmless. The dangerous ones are the alien spiders that are classified as harmful."

"But the instrument read nothing."

He said solemnly, "Keep observing. I think this is not a simple matter."

"If there is real hostility, they should attack directly instead of taking a detour and setting up a net."

"It could just be an ordinary spider. The system won't specifically record harmless creatures."

"Training continues. Don't lose your composure."

"We will activate a new weapon array tonight. If another alien species attacks, we can wipe them out within fifteen seconds."

Aizhe and Noson nodded, and both of them reached behind their backs and gripped the handles of the magnetic knives.

It was like I vaguely felt something, an unspeakable danger.

But training and preparation, as well as their usual small tasks, must continue to move forward.

Only when you are well prepared, you will be qualified to face the real danger head-on.
