Qin Yuan hummed in agreement.
Hongye was even angrier: "I should tear her mouth apart today."
Cuiming said, "It's best that Miss doesn't make a scene with her today. Does Miss, a newlywed, expect to argue and quarrel with her? She'd rather make a scene and embarrass Miss in the Marquis's mansion."
Hongye finally understood and stomped her foot, cursing, "That bitch! Our young lady is the daughter of the chief priest. What kind of person is she to dare to have such thoughts? Next time she comes, I will tear her mouth apart and gouge out her face."
Qin Yuan frowned and rubbed her forehead: "I was telling you to be careful and not to fall into other people's traps. But you, you're like a lit fuse."

Lord Gu approached and sat down close to her, his robe sleeves pressing down on hers, the layers of red wedding attire creating a rather intimate scene.
Perhaps due to the alcohol, his voice was deep and slightly drawn out, like a hook that made one's heart itch.
"I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, Madam."
Qin Yuan's face flushed slightly.
That handsome face should definitely be covered up with a beard.
