140 Massacre 6||End (Part 1)

"House?" Yan Shuang forced himself to speak. His voice was a little hoarse from not speaking for a few days. He tried to distract the other party through conversation. "Is this a big cage?"

"Hehehe..." The dean's laughter on the phone was full of teasing. "A cage? No, this is home. A lively home. They were all my family. But now they're all gone. To be honest, I like you very much. You and I are the same in our hearts. I'd be happy if you stayed. Would you consider it?"

Yan Shuang ignored the dean's nonsense, her voice calm, "Do you deserve a family? You sound quite old, so I hope you won't have any children or grandchildren, Old Deng'er."

The dean seemed stunned for a moment, and then the phone fell into a brief silence.

Immediately afterwards, a door deep in the corridor to Yan Shuang's left suddenly made a loud "bang" sound, as if it had been hit by something. Then, on the right wall, a "pat...pat..." sound of sticky water could be heard, coming from far away and getting closer.

Yan Shuang suddenly turned the camera towards the source of the sound. The viewfinder was empty, with only a deep corridor and mottled walls. But the smell of dust and decay became stronger.

"Fear, fear is your truest emotion." The dean's voice was like a whisper, coming clearly through the microphone.

Yan Shuang held his breath. He knew that the dean was driving other things in the building towards him.

He couldn't just sit there and wait for death.

His eyes quickly scanned the surroundings, finally settling on the service desk a few steps away.

Just as he took a deep breath and was about to take the risk and rush over, in the viewfinder, behind the service desk, a woman who looked like Tian Yiyi stood up silently. Her face was pale, her neck was tilted at a strange angle, and her empty eyes looked straight in the direction of Yan Shuang.

Yan Shuang's scalp suddenly felt numb, and the fingers pressing on the shutter button almost became stiff.

“Crack!”

In the photo preview, Tian Yiyi's figure is clearer than the eyes in the window before, but there is still a double image. She opens her mouth, as if making a silent scream.

Yan Shuang felt a heaviness in his head, as if he had been hit on the head with a stick.

His figure swayed imperceptibly. The progress bar on his phone didn't indicate anything, which only meant that this Tian Yiyi was fake, created by the dean to confuse people.

Immediately afterwards, another Tian Yiyi emerged from the left.

One after another, not only Tian Yiyi but also Lin Haichen and Ye Jingan, in an endless stream.

"It's useless." Yan Shuang lowered his head, his legs felt weak, and his voice remained flat. "You want to exhaust me to death? You want my spirit to be completely polluted by the things you created? Hahahaha, this trick is too low-level."

The corridor was filled with the echoes of Yan Shuang's voice. He knew that the dean was hiding somewhere watching him, and he had to act normal and unaffected.

"Severe frost."

A familiar voice sounded in the darkness.

Yan Shuang's heart beat faster and she turned to look at the source of the sound.

In the viewfinder, Jing Ning looked straight ahead, his jawline was smooth and sharp, and there was no weird posture. He looked so handsome just standing there.

At this moment, Yan Shuang really hoped that the person in front of her was real and not fake.

When one's mind is unstable, all thoughts become like a candle in the wind, swaying and unsteady, influenced by various factors. Once clear and distinct ideas may become blurred, and once firm beliefs may begin to waver.

"I finally found you." Jing Ning waved at him and frowned, "Stop taking pictures and come here."

Yan Shuang was about to take a step forward, then he pinched his palm hard. Maintaining his original posture, another flash of light pierced the darkness.

He held the ring on his finger lovingly and turned it, stroking the pattern on it with his fingertips.

The dean sighed, with a hint of mockery, "They are just the background, and I... am the master here."

"The Lord will not hide in the dark forever!" Yan Shuang growled, the desire to survive overwhelmed everything.

"Let me see you! Don't you want some fun? Show up!" Yan Shuang shouted at the phone and the empty corridor while moving.

There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone.

During this brief silence, the camera viewfinder in Yan Shuang's hand accidentally swept across the wall that she had just leaned against.

In the viewfinder, in the previously blank area on the wall, a clear, distorted, shadowy silhouette of an old man appeared, right where he had just stood! The silhouette's head seemed to have a hint of a sinister smile.

It was right behind him the whole time! Sticking to him!

Yan Shuang's blood almost froze.

"As you wish." The dean's voice rang out again from the microphone, with a cold sense of satisfaction, "I've always been...here."

I pressed the shutter of my camera, but unsurprisingly, I captured nothing.

Because everything I just photographed wasn't a ghost, and the camera was running at top speed and the battery was almost running out.

The only person who can replenish electricity on the seventh floor is the dean.

But the dean appeared for a moment and then hid back in the darkness.

There was not much time left for him. Yan Shuang continued to search while thinking that this game was not difficult in general and only required determination and boldness. But why did he have to be separated from the others? He still couldn't figure out the meaning of doing this?

Suddenly, a cold wind blew by.

Yan Shuang only felt a chill on her back and goose bumps quickly appeared on her skin.

The camera is different from the mobile phone, which can flip the lens. Yan Shuang immediately turned the camera and took a blind photo behind herself.

Before he could check, a hand that was cold to the bone climbed up his neck.

run! !

This was the only command Yan Shuang's heavy body received.

How can a human being be faster than a ghost, let alone a person who is in a state of confusion?

He tried to move his legs, but they felt like they were stuck in the mud. Every step took a thousand pounds of strength. The pressure from behind him grew closer and closer, and the cold breath brushed the hair behind his ears.

He didn't dare look back and rushed forward desperately, his throat was dry and sore.

Suddenly, he stopped and his breathing stopped.

The cold feeling on his neck did not dissipate, and was even colder than before, because the thing was still lying on his back, pinching his neck.

All his muscles were stiff, and he didn't even have the strength to move his eyes. He then struggled to lift the camera, which had only 2% battery left.

The thing behind him saw what he was thinking and suddenly increased the strength of its hands.

Yan Shuang's neck was pinched so hard that veins popped out, and a feeling of suffocation followed. He raised his camera with trembling hands and pressed the shutter, praying that he could capture it this time.

The gravity behind him gradually disappeared, and he was delighted, knowing that he had succeeded.

The camera's battery was instantly fully restored, and he looked at the photo he had just taken.

There was only his own figure in the photo. Behind him was not the so-called dean, but a huge black hole.
