After knowing it was Jing Ning, Yan Shuang closed her eyes again and fell asleep. Mainly because Jing Ning was too warm, Yan Shuang curled up like a kitten.
Jing Ning threw off the quilt and got out of bed to find clothes for Yan Shuang. He found that there was only a pair of underwear in the bag besides a mobile phone and a power bank. He shifted his gaze to the clothes in the corner that were still dripping with water, frowning.
He hooked his fingers up his shirt and strode to the bed. "Are you thinking of switching careers and becoming an internet celebrity? Planning on running around naked tomorrow?"
Because the heater behind him had gone out, Yan Shuang acted more childishly than usual while sleeping, humming in dissatisfaction.
The idea of taking the person to the hospital was abandoned, and the poor clothes were thrown back to their place.
It wasn't until the medicine was delivered that Jing Ning picked up Yan Shuang from the bed. Yan Shuang's body was limp and she had no strength at all. She could only squint her eyes and rest her head in his arms.
Jing Ning gently picked up a pill and placed it near Yan Shuang's lips. Yan Shuang opened her mouth slightly and swallowed the pill. Jing Ning picked up another pill and repeated the same action until all the pills were fed into Yan Shuang's mouth.
Yan Shuang was very quiet throughout the whole process.
It was Jing Ning's first time feeding someone medicine, so his movements were inevitably unfamiliar. He tried to be as gentle as possible for fear of hurting Yan Shuang.
Due to the high fever, Yan Shuang's face was slightly red, as if covered by a faint blush. His lips were particularly moist because he had just drunk water, like a large figurine, waiting for Jing Ning to serve him the whole time.
"Are you still cold?" Jing Ning put down the water cup, his eyes wandering over his collarbone, his hand gradually climbing up his neck.
Yan Shuang shivered at the sudden scorching temperature.
Jing Ning noticed the other person's hot ears and increasingly red cheeks, smiled softly, stroked his earlobe with his fingers, lowered his head and whispered softly in his ear, "I heard that sweating can cure a fever, little kitty, do you want to try it?" The hot air he exhaled was all spread on Yan Shuang's neck.
Yan Shuang was just confused due to the fever, but not stupid. She immediately understood what Jing Ning meant, "You bastard!"
Jing Ning held his wrist with such strength that he turned over and sealed the man under him.
Yan Shuang opened her eyes wide, unable to move, letting Jing Ning control her. Looking at the handsome face in front of her, she said, "I'm sick and feeling uncomfortable."

Yan Shuang nodded pitifully.
Jing Ning clasped the back of his head with one hand, holding him in his arms, and slowly moved closer. Just as he was about to touch his lips, he pretended to pause. Yan Shuang struggled to free one hand, hooked it around his neck, pulled him down, and kissed him.
The sudden kiss was like a storm, catching him off guard. All the blood in his body rushed to his head, and every nerve was screaming. Jing Ning didn't give him any chance to escape and hugged him tighter.
At this moment, time seemed to be very long, so long that Yan Shuang could hardly breathe, and Jing Ning let him go.
Yan Shuang's face turned even redder, and she closed her eyes and lay there pretending to be dead.
Jing Ning used his hand to feel the temperature on his forehead, turned over, and hugged him again, "Go to sleep, I really can't do anything about you."
Yan Shuang slept until dawn, and in one word, it was refreshing! All the fatigue in her body disappeared.
I've barely slept soundly in the game for the past few days. Of course, if I could sleep soundly in that environment, I'd have to be desperate to die. Yan Shuang's words were suddenly blocked, and her momentum weakened by half. "Then what should I wear?" After saying that, she looked at Ye Jing'an who was eating melons.
