Confession

Confession

Zhou Qianling did not stop, but avoided the villagers and went around to the back of Lin Yue's house.

Wu Mei came without asking any questions, but just followed her silently.

Her heart was beating nervously. The fireworks in the sky flickered, making the two figures who had secretly left appear and disappear from time to time.

Climbing back to the path behind the house, the noisy voices became quieter and quieter.

Wu Meilai's heart seemed to be about to burst out of her chest. She clenched Zhou Qianling's hand tightly, resisting the urge to retreat.

She and Zhou Qianling had walked this path before, but now it was scary, as she didn't know if she would miss the next step.

After the fireworks ended, Wu Mei looked up at the sky. There was no moon or stars today, only endless darkness.

Zhou Qianling turned on the light of his mobile phone.

"Turn it off, I'm scared." Wu Meilai's eyelids suddenly felt sore and even her voice began to tremble slightly.

The bright light disappeared, replaced by the dim fluorescence of the mobile phone screen.

"Is this okay?"

As she was speaking, the paper money on the grave beside her was blown onto Wu Meilai's face, and she wiped it off and put it back.

"Don't be afraid, this is a cemetery, no one dares to come here at night."

Zhou Qianling relayed Wu Meilai's words back to her.

If Wu Mei is usually afraid of ghosts, now she is even more afraid of people.

After walking up for a distance, Zhou Qianling looked around, took Wu Meilai and jumped into a wasteland, then pulled her to the side of the wasteland.

There were two old graves there, overgrown with weeds, and it looked like no one had taken care of them for at least five or six years.

She walked on the dry grass into the middle of the two graves, turned around, and saw Wu Meilai looking around anxiously.

Zhou Qianling's heart trembled.

I really want to bully her.

He pulled her to kneel down. The two graves completely blocked their figures, trapping them in this small space.

"Don't be afraid, sister, we are not committing a crime."

The low line of sight allows one to only see the person opposite and a small part of the sky.

Wu Meilai calmed down a little and hummed softly.

"So you know, I like you."

Wu Meilai's heart skipped a beat. Although she had such a guess, she still felt unbelievable when Zhou Qianling really said so.

"I'm just an ordinary woman."

"Me too, but I like it."

Wu Meilai was silent.

On the way here, she was worried and scared, but when Zhou Qianling pointed out the thing she had been avoiding, she felt that this was a very normal thing, at least for the two of them now.

"Yeah." Wu Meilai responded again in a low voice.

She didn't know what else to say, but she was undeniably excited.

The night wind blew through the forest, and there were rustling sounds all around, as well as the cry of an owl like a ghost.

When the most frightening thing became less scary, Wu Meilai started to be afraid of ghosts again.

The eerie wind blew straight into the back of her neck. Wu Meilai shuddered and said, "Let's go back. It's quite scary."

She turned around to stand up, but was stopped by Zhou Qianling.

"But I haven't finished what I wanted to do."

My heartbeat, which had calmed down, started to get nervous again.

Didn’t I already… confess?

Wu Meilai knelt upright, clutching the fabric with both hands.

Vaguely, she saw Zhou Qianling move a few centimeters closer to her, then leaned over and slowly moved closer to her.

Wu Meilai's head moved back a few millimeters and then stopped.

Lips touching.

Fireworks were popping in Wu Meilai's head, the sound of her nerves breaking one after another.

The cold wind continued to blow into her collar.

Wu Meilai thought that the wind was a ghost, which made her confused, and she opened her mouth to respond to the invasion of the tongue.

Her thoughts were stuck together into a paste. Wu Meilai hugged Zhou Qianling's waist with both hands, letting the little tongue explore in her mouth.

--I find it so disgusting to see people kissing and sticking out their tongues on TV.

She remembered what she had said to Zhou Qianling not long ago.

She wanted to take that back.

Not disgusting, very comfortable.

The hands around her waist tightened, and Wu Meilai groaned in unbearable pain.

She wanted more.

Zhou Qianling understood and excitedly increased the strength of his sucking.

Wu Meilai grabbed her clothes at the back of her waist, and her right hand moved slowly along her waist, finding her chest.

The heavy clothes blocked the proper touch, and the hand that had escaped from its owner's will went to the button again and hurriedly unbuttoned it.

The moment she put her hand in, a flash of lightning flashed across Wu Meilai's face, frightening her so much that she pushed Zhou Qianling on the chest, and the two separated.

The lightning shone over cautiously again.

"Oh my god! I'm dying!" It was the sound of Liu Guiyan breathing a sigh of relief.

Wu Meilai turned her head due to the bright light, and then she heard the sound of someone jumping off the ridge.

Liu Guiyan strode over, cursing as she went, "You idiot girl, why don't you stay indoors and bring Zhou Qianling to the graveyard to play in the middle of the night!"

She shone the flashlight in her hand on Wu Meilai's mouth and cursed, "What's wrong with your mouth? Did you cut it while eating walnuts?"

Wu Mei came to look at Zhou Qianling.

Zhou Qianling looked away guiltily.

It was also her first time kissing, and she accidentally broke her lips.

It was just a minor injury, so Liu Guiyan naturally didn't take it seriously and walked up to the two of them in two steps.

"Hello, Auntie." Zhou Qianling greeted with a smile.

Liu Guiyan stared at her disheveled collar for two seconds and gave a polite fake smile, "Sister, you and your mother are a pair of peacocks, both of you are as beautiful as fairies."

"No, you're too kind." Zhou Qianling responded gently and politely.

Liu Guiyan pulled the corner of her mouth, pulled Wu Meilai's ear, and said to Zhou Qianling apologetically: "Wu Meilai is just a country girl who has never seen the world. You don't need to follow her around."

Without waiting for Zhou Qianling to reply, he grabbed Wu Mei and took her away.

As they walked, they cursed loudly, "You must have gone insane. You've even closed your shop to hang out with the city people. You've also been running around with people at night. When you get married, they'll blame me for not teaching you well."

"What in-laws? I don't want to, hiss - Mom, be gentle!"

Liu Guiyan shone the flashlight behind her, and when she saw that Zhou Qianling was no longer in sight, she lowered her flashlight and said angrily, "I told you not to mess around with her, but you didn't listen. Look at the clothes she's wearing. She didn't even button them up, and even Nainai saw it."

Wu Mei's face turned red and she didn't dare to refute.

Zhou Qianling, who was judged to be an immoral person, lowered his head, buttoned his shirt and coat, turned on the flashlight and went home.

This New Year has been great.

When I got back to my aunt's house, the people who came to watch the fun had already dispersed, leaving only a few familiar friends who were sitting around the fire, eating melon seeds and chatting.

There was a skit performed at the party, which made the children laugh.

Zhou Qianling greeted several aunts and sat down with Zhou Chenghua and his siblings to watch TV.

Xiaohua is the closest to Zhou Qianling. When she saw her come back, she got up from the ground, patted her butt and sat in Zhou Qianling's arms.

Zhou Qianling was sitting cross-legged. Seeing this, he put his arms on his knees, circled the small flower, and swayed her left and right like a tumbler.

"Sister, are you happy today?" Zhou Chenghua raised her little face and asked.

"Hmm? Is it obvious?"

Zhou Cheng used two fingers to push the corners of his mouth upwards and said, "Your mouth looks like this."
