"I, Uchiha Tenchi, on behalf of myself and the entire Uchiha martial arts faction, hereby declare war on your Cloud Village and the other three great ninja villages, at the northern border of the Land of Fire."
After hearing Uchiha Tenki's words, Raikage A and the other members of the Shadow Guard were stunned. A said in disbelief, "Uchiha Tenki, are you crazy?"
"With your small group, you think you can challenge the Four Great Ninja Villages? Don't be ridiculous, you must be crazy," the Shadow Guard said disdainfully.
"I'll say it again, I'm not crazy. I will start a war against you in a month, believe it or not, it's up to you." Tian Qi looked at Lei Ying Ai seriously.
Seeing Tianqi speak so seriously, Ai frowned. "Uchiha Tianqi, are you sure you're not joking? Are you really going to start a war with the Four Great Ninja Villages?"

The Shadow Guards stared wide-eyed, wondering why the Raikage would suddenly attack, and why the attack had passed right through their opponent's body, leaving them with no effect whatsoever.
"Heh, I didn't expect you to be so cautious. I thought I would succeed and end this war this time." Ai shook the hand that used Hell Thrust and turned to look at Tian Qi.
"Ai, you should save your breath. I've been on guard against you for a long time. You'd be better off thinking about how to win this war. I'm waiting for you." After saying that, Tianqi used his divine power to leave with the group of little nine-tailed foxes.
