"He's your teacher, after all. You didn't help him and you're even mocking him here. Jiraiya, you're so unfair!" Sakumo Hatake said, then quickened his pace and walked out. Tenki chimed in, "Yeah, that's really unfair." He then walked out as well.
“That’s really not very fair,” Orochimaru said before walking out, leaving Jiraiya standing there completely bewildered. “What do you mean I’m not fair? You guys were just watching the show from the sidelines, enjoying it but not daring to say anything. You’re the ones who are being unfair,” Jiraiya said to the departing group.
As the three walked out the door, they saw Danzo standing there with two ANBU members. "Tenchi Orochimaru, you two come with me for a moment," he said, and then left.
"Brother Sakumo, you go first. Orochimaru and I will go see what's going on," Tianqi said, and then followed Danzo with Orochimaru.
"Huh? Where did Sakumo and Orochimaru go?" Jiraiya asked, puzzled, as Tianqi and Orochimaru left.
"They must be busy. I'll go back and prepare too. Jiraiya, you stay behind." With that, Sakumo Hatake jumped onto the wall and left.
"What's going on? Everyone's busy, so I'm the only one who's free. Never mind them, I need to hurry to the bathhouse to get some supplies before I leave the village. I don't know when I'll be back next time." Jiraiya ignored them and walked towards the Konoha bathhouse with a lewd look on his face.
On the other side, Tianqi and Orochimaru followed Danzo to the Root base. As soon as they arrived at the office, Danzo looked furious.
