"Orochimaru, you're not cooperating at all!" Tsunade complained.
Orochimaru scoffed, "So-called cooperation means you and that idiot are riding on my head?"
Tsunade asked in surprise, "How did you know that Haruko and I came up with this idea together?!"
"..." Orochimaru was speechless. "It's getting dark. I need to go back."
Haruko rushed back in the morning. "Huh, what happened to you guys?"
Orochimaru intended to leave immediately, but then he noticed that she was actually holding a cake box. "You didn't actually buy a cake for this stupid game, did you?"
Haruko laughed, walked closer to Orochimaru, and held out the cake in front of him.
"Happy Birthday, Orochimaru!" ×3
Orochimaru's eyes widened. He looked at Haruko's sparkling eyes, then at the exquisitely packaged cake box in front of him, and for the first time, he didn't know what to say.
Jiraiya jumped out and exclaimed in realization, "So you guys are going to celebrate this guy's birthday? I thought you were going to mess with him."
Actually, that's what I thought at first too... Orochimaru couldn't help but think to himself.
Tsunade placed her hand on Haruko's shoulder, her smile bright. "Isn't this the biggest prank ever? Look, Orochimaru can't even speak!"

Hiruko scratched his head sheepishly, "I didn't do anything serious."
Orochimaru eventually accepted the cake, pretending to be nonchalant as usual, saying, "I've already bought it, what else can I say?"
Jiraiya was also annoyed: "You're really cold-blooded."
Provoked by him, Orochimaru immediately reverted to his usual arrogant demeanor. "What? Is the little dog jealous because he doesn't have cake?"
Haruko quickly pulled Jiraiya back from rushing over to beat him up, "Okay, okay, Jiraiya can't hit the birthday boy!"

Orochimaru glanced at her. "Do you want the truth or a lie?"
Haruko initially wanted to say she wanted to hear the truth, but thinking of Orochimaru's sharp tongue, she finally said, "Let's hear the lie instead."
Orochimaru didn't answer immediately, still chewing on the cake in his mouth.
He spoke as he swallowed.
"I'm not happy."
Haruko's eyes widened slightly, and she couldn't help but smile. Amid Orochimaru's awkward shyness, she answered softly.
