Chapter 35 Reminder (1/2)

Su Yan sent Dr. Luo to the security door of the corridor and gave Luo Wanning a shopping bag containing two rolls of noodles, two large cabbages, and six eggs.

She didn't know whether she gave too much or too little.

Luo Wanning took it and opened it to have a look. The cabbage was as fresh as if it had just been picked from the field. There were also eggs, which were not easy to get now.

"Ms. Su, you gave me too much. I'm just making a diagnosis. The medicine is yours, so you don't need so much."

"Take it. I will have to trouble you in the future, and my family will not be short of food for the time being."

"Okay then, if you have any questions, you can always come and see me."

Luo Wanning was not the shy type. In the past two days, she went to high-rise office buildings to look for supplies. She did find some snacks, instant noodles, biscuits and the like, but no vegetables. She really needed eggs and cabbage.

Her thirteen-year-old daughter was in the growing stage. There had been no vegetables these days, and the little girl was so severely constipated that she cried out in pain when going to the toilet.

After Su Yan closed the door and went home, she couldn't sleep because she had to watch over and coax the two little ones.

Probably because of the medicine, the two kids stopped crying so loudly and slowly fell asleep.

Su Yan did not dare to close her eyes for a moment. She stared at the two little ones' faces, which had turned red due to crying so hard, and then they regained their pink color. Seeing that their condition did not seem to have worsened, she felt a little relieved.

As we kept vigil, daybreak came.

It was time to feed the two little ones medicine for the third time.

I first prepared some milk powder and fed them to the two babies. Maybe because they were sick, they only drank half of the usual amount.

The two little ones were given medicine half an hour after they drank the milk powder. When they were being fed the medicine, they couldn't help but cry again.

After taking good care of the two little ones, Su Yan let Meimei and Lili come out to look after the children, and let He He out to watch the surveillance. Then she made breakfast for herself.

After feeding himself, he went to feed Dahuang and Dahei next door.

The two dogs were much more energetic than yesterday. They rushed to pounce on Su Yan and stood up with their front paws supporting her.

"You two are injured, get off quickly, don't let the medicine get on my clothes!"

"Woof~"

"Woof~"

Dahuang and Dahei put their front paws back on the ground aggrievedly, as if they were complaining to the poop scooper why he didn't like them.

"Alright, after you've finished eating, you can have fun by yourselves. When your injuries are healed, I'll take you with me. Be obedient."

The two dogs understood what was said and watched their owner lock the door and leave before they started to eat their dog food.

After returning home, Su Yan ran for two hours, did sit-ups for half an hour, and then prepared lunch. After lunch, she moved to another space and started practicing shooting.

After practicing shooting, it’s time to feed the animals today.

Before, Su Yan fed cattle, sheep and pigs once every two or three days. It was not because she did not understand that livestock needed to be fed every day just like humans, but because she forgot to store fodder for the animals.

Every time I feed the animals, I can only feed them the vegetables I stockpiled before. Vegetables are so expensive, so I just feed them every other day, whenever I feel like it.

Strangely enough, these young animals don't make a fuss even if you feed them every three days. They eat when there are vegetables, and forget about it when there are no vegetables. The main thing is that you feed them as you like and they will grow meat as you like.
