Chapter 11

——I’m afraid you all remembered it wrong. It should be thirty bags of spicy fish tails.

——What I saw was Brother Zhang’s Dandan noodles.

——It’s obviously duck neck from Big Duck Neck, there’s no way I’d go wrong with that, if I hadn’t been live streaming eating shit.

Everyone held their own opinion and thought they were right, and the entire live broadcast room was filled with noise.

——Perhaps, there is more than one young lady dressed like this, and they came as a group?

——Impossible, just one.

——I can't remember it wrongly, it's her. The voice, clothes, and mask are all exactly the same. If I had known this would happen, I would have recorded the screen.

——Waiting for the merchant to release the video, it will definitely be released in this issue.

Jane changed her clothes happily and prepared to take a taxi home, but then she remembered that she should bring some food for the landlady.

The other party had a small appetite and didn't know what she liked, so she chose fruit pudding, which had a light taste and a small portion. This kind of dessert was very suitable for a beautiful and gentle person like the landlady.

Jian Yi walked into the living room and Qin Xin was leaning on the sofa watching TV.

"Miss Qin?"

Qin Xin was very sleepy, but she didn't sleep because she wanted to see what Jian Yi looked like when she came back. Her eyes swept over Jian Yi's belly. Her waist was still very thin. Who would have thought that she had eaten so much food in the morning?

The vest almost fell off.

"Yeah." Qin Xin nodded calmly, with no trace of any strange expression on her face. "Have you had lunch? I saved some for you."

As soon as these words fell, Qin Xin noticed that Jian Yi's eyes lit up. She raised her hand to cover her face to hide the expression that might be about to burst out.

Based on her understanding of the little monster in recent days, the other party would most likely say that he didn't eat it.

"Not yet." Jane Yi's expression was calm, without any psychological burden at all.

She just participated in a few food challenges and indeed didn't have lunch.

There is nothing wrong with this.

It is true that each family ate a lot, but that was for humans. She only filled the gaps between her teeth and was far from being full.

The landlady left some food for her, there's no reason for her not to eat it, right?

If she doesn't eat it, wouldn't it be a waste?

Qin Xin rolled her eyes in her heart. She had expected this, but she was still speechless when she heard the little monster say that.

"Then go ahead and eat. It's all warming in the pot. I'm going to take a nap." Qin Xin yawned. She was really sleepy. A whole morning was already her limit. If she didn't catch up on some sleep in the afternoon, she wouldn't be able to hold on.

"Miss Qin, I brought you a fruit pudding." Jian Yi quickly took it over. "I don't know if you like it or not. I feel so embarrassed to always take advantage of you, and I don't know what to buy you."

Qin Xin raised her eyebrows slightly, took the pudding, and her mood inexplicably improved.

"Thank you, it looks good."

This little monster has some conscience.

Qin Xin ate pudding in her room. It was smooth, a little icy, and a little sweet, but not too sweet. She loved the fruit on top. One bite and she felt refreshed, and her previous fatigue was much less.

The pudding wasn't a big portion, but she still felt a little full after eating it.

Qin Xin was in a bad mood. She had always eaten less than the average person since she was a child. Didn't this mean that she was different from ordinary people? Why had she always ignored these details in the past and never doubted her identity?

So, is she really a cat?

Does her family know?

Qin Xin tried hard to recall everyone in her family and found that they were just like normal people. They had a normal appetite and would get sick every year. It was normal for them to have some headaches and fevers every year.

So, she's the only one who's abnormal?

It would probably be night time when she woke up. She would appear outside. Now that she had memories, she didn't know if it was good or bad. However, seeing that little monster at night made her less afraid of it.

Maybe, because they might not be human?

Qin Xin laughed in silence, with an indescribable feeling.

She had no intention of leaving. If she did, the little monster wouldn't dare reveal his appetite in front of her. After rinsing her mouth, she lay down on the bed and fell asleep.

When she woke up, it was already dark. Worse still, she felt soaking wet, as if she'd been pulled out of the water. Looking closely, she realized it was raining heavily, a pounding downpour, and she was standing right in the rain.

"kitten?"

Even though the rain was pouring down, Qin Xin could still hear the noise coming from inside the house. She looked towards the house in the rain. After becoming a cat, her vision and hearing had become countless times more sensitive.

She walked through the rainforest and saw the little monster inside the house, leaning against the window and waving at her, telling her to hurry over and take shelter from the rain.

"Silly cat, come here and take shelter from the rain! Why are you standing outside like an idiot?" Jane was getting anxious. She had already opened the window and was about to go get the cat to take shelter from the rain, but it suddenly rushed over and jumped onto the windowsill, which made Jane breathe a sigh of relief.

She reached out and touched the red-tailed cat's wet head: "I can't let you go in, but you can hide here. I'll get you a towel."

Qin Xin shook his whole body without any instruction, and his long, wet hair flew up, splashing countless water stains all over Jian Yi's face.

Qin Xin: “…”

If she didn't mean it, would the other party believe it?

Jane wiped the water off her face and pinched the red-tailed cat's face: "Naughty."

Qin Xin: Naughty? Can you please not use such childish words to describe her?

She just felt uncomfortable with so much water on her body, and subconsciously shook it off. It was instinct, not intentional. But when she saw Jane covering her mouth and laughing, she felt uncomfortable again. This time, she shook her body and hair actively, and Jane was splashed with water again.

She wasn't angry at all, but instead took the opportunity to pet the cat several times: "You're usually so aloof, but now you're playing around. Are you doing this on purpose?"

Qin Xin: It wasn’t the first time, but it was the second time.

"Wait a moment, I'll get you a towel."

Qin Xin looked at Jian Yi's bouncing back, not quite understanding why she didn't seem disgusted or angry. Didn't she think it would be dirty to splash water off an animal? Instead, she smiled. Was it because they weren't human, but monsters, that they didn't mind?

Maybe, it is true.

Qin Xin no longer had any intention of teasing Jian Yi and waited patiently for her to bring out the towel.

She looked around the dry room, then at the pouring rain and the blowing wind outside, and she felt a urge to go back inside. She was so wet that she almost hated herself.

It would be nice if I could go in and take a bath and blow dry my hair.

Qin Xin looked at the closed window, thinking about something. Should she open the window and go in?

Jane turned around and saw the red-tailed cat opening her window. She was surprised to see that the window was open a crack. She walked over with a smile and opened the window.

"Kitten, do you want to become a regular employee?"

Qin Xin put down her cat paws, not really because she wanted to go into the house to hide from the rain. It was raining heavily outside, and she was wet all over, feeling very uncomfortable.

She knew Jane a little bit, and she knew that she would abide by the contract and not let her into the house.

Perhaps that clause shouldn't have been added to the contract. Who knows how long this situation will last? I can't stay out every night, can I? It's okay in the summer, but wouldn't it be freezing in the winter?

She glanced at the towel in Jane's hand, her eyes urging her, "Aren't you supposed to wipe her dry? What are you standing there for?"

It would be best to use a hair dryer to blow the cat's hair. If it's wet, the whole cat will feel uncomfortable.
