Chapter 115 Refining

"Well, let's just take it one step at a time," Jian Jun sighed, somewhat envious. None of these disciples were bad; they were all exceptionally talented and resilient. He wondered where Xuan Yu Sect had found such disciples.

What makes it unique is that it was cold that day.

It was cold, and they didn't know why. For no apparent reason, anyone outside would feel a chill at night. But as soon as they entered the house, the chill would completely disappear.

I heard that the former sect leader once ventured deep into the mountain to investigate, but still couldn't find the answer.

However, in the long run, such an environment can be beneficial for consolidating one's cultivation, so it's not entirely without merit.

...

Around nine o'clock.

"This is too insane," the chubby boy muttered to himself as he gradually woke up. He looked tired and was still thinking about what had just happened.

For a full five hours, I was there, circling and interacting with the sword intent.

Fortunately, I had the secret method the immortal gave me last time, otherwise I don't know what the outcome would have been.

By 9:30, everyone was basically awake, but no one made a sound because Suixin and Xiyun were still refining.

The group huddled together in a small fan shape with a fire in the middle. It was quite cold, inexplicably so, and even if they lit a fire, it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

"Something seems off with Sui Xin," the chubby boy whispered to the others, his voice filled with concern as he watched Sui Xin tremble.

“They must have used some kind of secret method, just like us,” Philon continued.

They primarily used previously acquired secret techniques to refine sword intent; those techniques were far more powerful than what they were currently learning, with only a few scattered examples barely comparable.

They are very easy to use, as if they were deliberately chosen for them.

"Hmm, it looks like it should be soon," Peng Fei said after taking a look.

Gradually, the sword intent on Xi Yun's body weakened and then disappeared completely.

As soon as she opened her eyes, she looked towards Suixin and saw that his face was pale, so she started to worry again.

"Yun'er, don't worry too much. Sui, Junior Brother Ye will be fine," Fei Rong transmitted her voice.

I almost misspoke; it's only when those few people are talking that I call Suixin by her real name.

"It's cold, come and wait," Fei Rong continued to transmit her voice.

Xi Yun shook her head. "Senior sister, I'm fine."

He seemed to be surrounded by warmth.

Perhaps it's the effect of the flame.
