Chapter 64 Parents Leave



"Hmm," the two beds, one white and one blue, were pushed together, with almost no gap between them.

“I’ll sleep on your side, and you can sleep on mine,” Xi Yun said, pulling Sui Xin over.

"Okay, whatever you want."

Without saying anything more, the two snuggled together and quickly drifted off to sleep.

But, unexpectedly, a faint light flashed through Sui Xin's closed eyes...

"Boom!" Thunder rumbled incessantly in the sky, and rain poured down as if it were being poured out.

At the foot of the main peak, in front of a handsome cultivator's gate, he seemed oblivious to the rain.

"Elder, please let me see her again," the monk cried out, yearning for a reply from above.

All that awaited him was wind, rain, and lightning.

The cultivator refused to give up and kept shouting, shouting with all his might until his voice was hoarse.

Seemingly unable to bear it any longer, a halo appeared in front of the cultivator. "Sui Xin, take it easy. You should know how much harm seeing you again would do to Xi Yun. Do you really want to just watch her suffer?"

The cultivator shook his head, his face deathly pale and extremely unsightly.

"Senior, I understand. Please let me see her one last time."

"Sigh, fine, just don't let her see you," Halo seemed a little reluctant and agreed to his last request.

Inside a grand hall atop the main peak, a stunningly beautiful girl sat on a stool, her pale blue hair flowing in the wind. Her face was expressionless, yet it exuded a melancholy air.

"I feel like I've forgotten something, but what is it?" the girl murmured to herself, tapping her head, but she still couldn't remember.

The handsome monk stood outside the door, cautiously peeking out and quietly watching the girl by the bedside, two lines of tears unconsciously streaming from the corners of his eyes.

Suddenly, as if sensing something, the girl turned her head, and their eyes met.

"Ah, my head hurts so much!" The girl cried out as soon as she saw the cultivator's face. Large mouthfuls of blood gushed from the corner of her mouth, and then her body seemed to develop countless cracks, staining her entire body red.
