After finishing the medicine, Xi Yun and Sui Xin came out of the hall first and waited outside for the little fat boy and the others.
"So your name is Ye Suixin?" A voice suddenly came from behind, sounding rather shrill.
"I heard you can also refine second-grade pills?"
Sui Xin turned around, and a slightly mean face appeared in front of him, followed by three or four disciples, each of them looking fierce and menacing.
His name is She Qiu. He is two years older than them and is considered one of the top alchemists on the Seventh Peak. His cultivation level is also extremely high, currently at the ninth level. Therefore, he is usually extremely arrogant.
Recently, I heard that someone stole my thunder, so I should at least teach them a lesson.
"Hmm? Is there something you need?" Sui Xin asked.
"I'd like to have a contest with you. If I lose, I'll become the other person's medicine apprentice," She Qiu said unhurriedly.
"Sorry, not interested."
"Hmm? So you don't want to compete?" She Qiu said with amusement.
"Can't you understand human language? No way!" Xi Yun couldn't help but shout, looking at She Qiu's strange face and hearing his harsh words.
She naturally didn't give others a friendly look when they tried to do whatever they wanted.
“You…” She Qiu was momentarily speechless, but upon seeing Xi Yun, he froze in shock.
“How beautiful! I’ve never seen such a beautiful woman before,” She Qiu exclaimed, making no attempt to hide the lust and greed in his eyes.
"Little sister, do you want to come play with your brother? I promise you'll have a great time."
"Are you sick? Get out of here!" Xi Yun roared.
"Haha, that's unique, I like it," She Qiu laughed, looking somewhat creepy.
Then he looked at Suixin and said, "How about this, we switch the chips to her, and if I win, I can have her. You see..."
"Get lost, you idiot," Sui Xin cursed before he could finish speaking.
Recently, because of that matter, I've been extremely irritable, and to make matters worse, someone is making advances towards Xiyun. I couldn't help but swear.
"What did you say? Say it again if you dare!"
Just as Sui Xin was about to punch him, a voice came from behind.
"Isn't this a dead ball? Still so arrogant? You're lucky I didn't kill you back then," the chubby boy's voice came from behind, full of sarcasm.
Last year, he faced off against She Qiu in a competition and completely thrashed him.
"Huh? It's you, you fatso, mind your own business," She Qiu took a few steps back, his face turning ashen, showing some fear of the little fat boy.
"Heh, minding your own business? Suixin and Xiyun are my friends, but you're still as trash as ever," the chubby boy said as he walked over.
"You... fine, fine, you just wait, I'll make you suffer later," She Qiu pointed at the group, somewhat unwilling.
He turned back to look at Xiyun and said, "Little sister, you'd better wash up and wait for me, hiahiahia."
"Damn it, are you sick?" Sui Xin uttered another vulgarity. This kind of person is truly disgusting.
"It's alright, Suixin, don't bother with people like that," Xiyun tugged at Suixin's sleeve and comforted her.
“Yes, this guy is a mad dog. He'll bite anything he sees that he wants,” the chubby boy added.
"Um"
After chatting for a few more minutes, the group parted ways.
"Suixin, are you still thinking about what just happened?" Xiyun asked, noticing that Suixin's expression wasn't good.
"That kind of person deserves a beating, I wish I could beat him to death," Sui Xin said viciously, clenching her fist unconsciously.
"Oh, I didn't even care, so don't keep thinking about it. Besides, why let someone like that ruin your mood?"
"Okay," Sui Xin smiled.
After walking a few steps, Sui Xin suddenly stopped. Something was wrong; she felt a huge energy rushing straight to her eyes.
Immediately afterwards, two golden lights appeared, and a large crater was blasted into the ground.
"Ahhh!" A sudden, intense pain shot through her, and Sui Xin covered her eyes, unable to hold back her scream.
"Suixin, what's wrong?" Xiyun was also startled by the sudden change. She saw Suixin kneeling on the ground, blood slowly oozing from between her palms.
"Ah, I don't know either," Sui Xin managed to say with difficulty, her blood rushing even faster.
"Don't move, let me see," Xi Yun said, trying her best to calm herself down and slowly prying Ye Suixin's hands away.
"This..." Xi Yun was so shocked that she couldn't speak. What she saw were two golden eyes, dazzlingly bright, so bright that she couldn't even distinguish the whites of the eyes from the pupils.
He raised his hand again and released a burst of spiritual energy, trying to help Ye Suixin alleviate her pain.
"How are you feeling? Are you any better?" Xi Yun asked worriedly.
"Phew, much better," Sui Xin exhaled, pretending not to care.
But the fingernails had already dug into the flesh.
Slowly, the bleeding stopped and the pain disappeared, but her eyes remained golden, like two small suns.
"Yun'er, is it dark yet?" Sui Xin suddenly asked. The field of vision seemed very small, and Xi Yun's figure gradually became blurry.
"Huh? No."
Then, as if remembering something, she said, "Suixin, don't scare me."
Sui Xin's eyes were vacant, and she seemed somewhat dazed. She raised her hands and reached forward until she touched Xi Yun's face. "Yun'er, I... I think I can't see anymore."
Xi Yun trembled, grabbed Sui Xin's hand, and tears streamed down her face uncontrollably. "How could this happen?"
"Yun'er, don't worry, it might just be temporary," Sui Xin said quickly as she felt tears dripping onto her hand.
“By the way, let’s go find our master to take a look,” Ye Xiyun said again.
"good"
Xi Yun pulled Sui Xin along to Lin Miao's place, mainly because it was relatively close.
If that doesn't work, go to Old Zhao's place.
