Chapter 102 Senior Brother?

As I was thinking, I suddenly felt someone following me from behind.

"Phew," Sui Xin sighed, and when he turned his head and saw the style of the clothes in the crevice of the stone, he knew who it was.

It turned out that not long after Suixin left, Xiyun also left, saying she wanted to return to the main peak to rest. Then she took a detour and followed behind Suixin.

This puts Sui Xin in a difficult position. Going straight home is definitely not an option, as Xi Yun is too familiar with that place and might remember something.

Thinking about this, I suddenly realized that sending Xiyun to the Sword Sect was the right decision.

But if I directly expose her, I won't know what to say next.

Sui Xin decided to keep walking anyway, even if it meant going in circles. Maybe Xi Yun would lose interest and leave on her own.

The weather was nice today, with gentle sunshine and a lot of snow melting on the ground. However, the occasional gusts of wind made it a bit cold on my face.

The surrounding trees were quite lush, and Sui Xin led Xi Yun left and right, exploring almost every place he knew.

It took more than an hour, and the sky was not as bright as before, appearing slightly gloomy.

Sui Xin was filled with helplessness; she had never seen Xi Yun so patient before.

Xi Yun slowly peeked out and looked at Sui Xin.

She was just wondering why she hadn't gotten home yet, wondering if he had found out, but she was exposed the next second.

"Oh, senior brother, you're here too. What a coincidence," she said, pretending not to know anything.

Looking at it casually, I found it inexplicably funny; Xi Yun looked incredibly cute with her blank expression.

"Junior sister, what are you doing here?" Sui Xin asked.

"Ah, cough, I just came to take a look around," Xi Yun quickly made up an excuse, not wanting him to know that she was following him.

"Oh, I see. It's getting dark. Aren't you going home, Junior Sister?"

"I...I have no home," Xi Yun said softly, looking somewhat downcast, as if a memory had been stirred up.

The main peak is just a temporary place for me to stay; it's not home. And the home I remember can't be called home either.

Upon hearing Xi Yun's reply, Sui Xin wanted to slap herself twice; Xi Yun was being far too sensitive.

But it's not surprising; how good can someone be if their memories are filled with pain?
