Without further hesitation, the group consumed the Sui Xi Pill, causing their spiritual energy to surge and filling them with power.
Feeling the immense effects of the elixir, the group's eyes shone brightly.
Perhaps the outcome will be better than expected.
The distance of over two hundred meters was easily covered by the group; it was no problem at all.
Then, the group began to gather their strength. Xi Yun was also eager to try, but then, as if she remembered something, she whispered to Sui Xin, "Sui Xin, remember to help me up later."
The latter nodded, then erected a colorless spiritual energy wall to prevent its aura from leaking out and startling the sword turtle.
Behind the wall of spiritual energy, a dazzling light shimmered.
The immense fluctuations in spiritual energy were almost too much for Sui Xin to handle.
"Is everyone ready?" Peng Fei held a spirit ball between his hands, and Qian Yu and the others each had their own unique style.
"Yes," the group nodded in unison.
"Alright, get ready... charge!"
In an instant, the group sped off.
With a "bang," the chubby boy unleashed his Mountain-Shaking Fist, sending the two True Essence Realm Sword Turtles, which hadn't even had time to react, flying off their heads and leaving their bodies lying motionless on the ground.
Eight more were forced into the rock wall by the massive blast wave, a truly astonishing force.
Lu Cheng and Qian Yu were no less formidable. In an instant, their attacks landed one after another, severely injuring nearly twenty sword turtles, leaving them on the verge of death.
With a sharp "whoosh," Peng Fei's spirit ball instantly engulfed more than ten ninth-tier sword turtles the moment it touched the beast horde.
The light faded, leaving nine motionless corpses behind. A few others were lucky enough to escape unscathed and ran away.
Finally, there is Xi Yun, who, with the blessing of the "Celestial Maiden Scripture,"
The first two punches of the Three Fists Technique are like a few sword turtles.
Finally, the third punch, after a brief moment of charging, was delivered with a shout and smashed into the center of the beast horde.
The chubby boy quickly dodged when he saw what was happening.
With a deafening roar, the earth cracked and crumbled as more than a dozen sword turtles were shoved into the ground, lifeless.
Then came a deep sense of helplessness. Fortunately, Suixin was following behind her and immediately hugged her when she saw this.
The chubby boy muttered sullenly, "Goodness, I dodged quickly."
He was also somewhat surprised by the power of the three-fist technique.
After one wave, the valley was in ruins, littered with rubble and the corpses of sword turtles.
And the afterimages left by the sword turtles as they scattered and fled, their speed was not slow.
Even though there were still more than thirty left, the timid creatures were already terrified and didn't even have time to run away, let alone fight back.
Upon seeing this, Peng Fei immediately shouted, "Everyone, stop them! Arrest more of them!"
"Okay, let's split up and pursue them."
The group split into five teams, each flying in a different direction.
Sui Xin carried Xi Yun on his back and chased after them in the direction they had come from. He was not slow either and could barely keep up with the sword turtle.
There are eight sword turtles in front of us, all of them at the eighth level of cultivation.
Sui Xin held Xi Yun behind her with one hand, while gathering a Qi Power Bead in front of her chest with the other.
When the Power Bead shrank to about two or three centimeters, it shot out rapidly toward the Sword Turtle.
"Bang...whoosh," the bead missed and landed in front of several sword turtles, then burst into flames that blocked the path of the beasts.
Water and fire are inherently mutually reinforcing and mutually restraining. It was probably the extreme heat that frightened the sword turtles, causing them to stop and turn around, intending to escape in another direction.
Sui Xin also noticed the beasts' concerns, and his spiritual energy surged outwards wildly. In just a few breaths, the beasts were surrounded by a sea of fire.
Seeing this, the sword turtles were somewhat at a loss, and they all moved closer to the center, then retracted their limbs and heads into their shells to resist the burning sensation of the flames.
Little did they know, this saved Sui Xin a lot of trouble. It was much better if he didn't run away; he could just take them down one by one.
"You can do whatever you want?" Xi Yun on his back said happily.
"Hehe, it's nothing."
Then it's like catching a turtle in a jar – you hit it every time, but you have to control your strength, or you'll be in trouble if you burn it all.
In about ten minutes, Sui Xin finished capturing them, killing a total of eight.
"Yun'er, how are you?" Sui Xin finished cleaning up the last sword turtle corpse and turned to ask Xi Yun.
Xi Yun turned her head away and chuckled, "Don't ask, the answer is I don't have the strength."
"Tsk tsk tsk, I really envy you having someone to wait on you, unlike me who has to warm someone's bed every day. How about we switch?"
Xi Yun gently patted his shoulder, "Dream on, we've already agreed, don't try to go back on your word."
"Alright, alright, I'll do it. But I've been carrying you all this time, so I have to give you some compensation," Sui Xin joked as she walked back.
"What reward do you want? It's your honor to carry me on your back," she said, though she was already thinking what she really wanted.
"Hahaha," Suixin was also amused, feeling the lingering warmth from his back, and stopped arguing.
Instead of hearing further rebuttals from the other party, Xi Yun became somewhat itchy to try it herself.
"Hmph," Xi Yun hummed softly, then shifted her body slightly.
It's as if it's saying, "If you ask one more question, I'll reward you."
But Sui Xin didn't understand and immediately asked, "What's wrong?"
"fine"
"oh"
After walking a few more steps, Sui Xin felt a slap on his back.
Sui Xin stopped in her tracks, thinking that the Three-Punch Technique had caused some other effect, and turned to ask, "Yun'er, what's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"
"Don't move," Xi Yun whispered, hugging Sui Xin's neck, and then gently kissed Sui Xin on the cheek.
"Ahem, the reward you want isn't something I want to give you, it's something you want."
Her voice was a little soft, and her face was slightly flushed, so she didn't dare to look directly at Sui Xin.
