If Mulan were kidnapped, Mo Li would definitely go crazy!
Hua Mulan looked at the scattered clouds in the sky with lingering fear, and immediately breathed a sigh of relief.
"Don't let your guard down, that person might be nearby," Mo Han said with a serious expression.
"That's strange. Why did that person attack Mulan but not us?" Mo Chen frowned.
Mo Han squinted and said, "I think he wants to capture Hua Mulan and then threaten Junior Brother to deal with us..."
Hua Mulan's expression changed, and she tightened her grip on the spear, feeling somewhat afraid. She wasn't afraid of her own safety; she had long since disregarded her birthday. What she was afraid of now was that she might cause trouble for Mo Li.
Mo Chen sighed, "Luckily, I can still control my wind, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable."
"Don't be careless. He's my and Mo Li's master, and he has far more tricks up his sleeve than we do!" Mo Han was still a little worried.
As soon as he finished speaking, a thick fog rose from the forest...
Mo Li and Gu Wenshu released the group of kidnapped girls and then led Jin Erjia out of the forest. However, just as they were about to leave, they were enveloped in a thick fog and could no longer see the way out.
“Brother Mo…” The surrounding fog was so thick that one could not see their own hand in front of their face, and Gu Wenshu spoke with some concern.
Mo Li said with a serious expression, "This fog is very strange. From now on, do not take another step forward!"
Seeing Mo Li's serious expression, Gu Wenshu dared not slack off and hurriedly nodded.
Mo Li frowned deeply. He was very familiar with this formation; it was the Nine Dust Illusionary Spirit Formation. However, there was some obstruction from the clouds and mist, making it impossible for him to see the true exit of the formation!
Mo Li suddenly felt uneasy; he sensed that the formation was aimed at him.
Hua Mulan and the other two stood still. Mo Han's expression was rather grim. "It's my master's Nine Dust Illusionary Spirit Array! It's an array that he cast under his Cloud Mist Domain. The array is already activated. Now, if you take one step, you don't know where you'll be teleported to. You absolutely cannot take another step now."
Mo Chen gritted his teeth. "Then what do we do? Are we just going to stay here and waste our time with him without moving an inch? Mo Han, is my Wind Domain completely useless?"
"It's no use! The density of this fog is not something your small wind domain can dispel!" Suddenly, Gu Yan's voice came from the void.
Mo Han's expression changed drastically. "It's you! Why did you trap us?!"
"Hmph, you who come to this world to stop me are my enemies, do I need to ask?" Gu Yan sneered.
Seeing no one but hearing their voice, Mulan turned pale, quite frightened. It was the first time she had ever encountered something so unbelievable.
"What do you want?" Mo Han asked coldly.
"My dear disciple, have you forgotten how to use honorifics after all these years? It really breaks my heart!" Gu Yan sneered.
"You, you are not worthy to be my master!"
For some reason, Mo Han trembled with anger. Just as she was about to rush out, Mo Chen grabbed her and whispered, "Don't fall into his trap! I can't protect Hua Mulan by myself!"
Mo Han suddenly realized that Gu Yan still intended to kidnap Hua Mulan!
"Hahaha, you clever little devils, but so what if the three of you don't take a single step? Do you think I won't send Xiao Li?" Gu Yan laughed wildly.
"What?!" The three of them immediately changed their expressions.
——
Mo Li stood still, and as the ice domain dissipated, he understood the formation of this illusionary spirit array.
"Come with me!" He turned to Gu Wenshu and said.
Before long, Gu Wenshu followed Mo Li out of the forest. When the two looked back, they found that the mountain seemed to have disappeared into the clouds and mist.
"Mo Li?!"
Before the two of them could leave, Wang Qiankun's voice suddenly rang out.
Mo Li was slightly taken aback. "General Wang, what are you doing here?"
Wang Qiankun's expression was somewhat unpleasant. "We've all come here to see you."
Mo Li looked at the Wang family army behind him and said apologetically, "I'm sorry to have worried you."
"Didn't you see the strategist and the others when you came out of the forest?" Wang Qiankun asked, frowning slightly.
"Mo Chen? He's here too?" Mo Li frowned. "Then, what about General Hua—"
"Of course I'm here too." Wang Qiankun said irritably, "I really don't know what makes you so confident that you dare to challenge the barbarians alone! You're incredibly arrogant!"
Although Wang Qiankun said this, he still admired Mo Li. Fearlessness is the mark of a true hero. He also wanted to take on the responsibility alone and fight the barbarian army to the death!
Gu Wenshu opened his mouth, just about to speak up for Mo Li, but Mo Li didn't seem to care about Wang Qiankun's reprimand. Instead, he said, "I'm sorry, it was my oversight. There's a magic array in the mountain now, and Mo Chen and the others might be trapped. I'll go in now and bring them out. Please take care of this Brother Gu for me, and also keep an eye on Jin Erjia!"
Wang Qiankun waved his hand and said, "I know, hurry up and go save them!"
Mo Li said nothing and walked back into the forest.
Hua Mulan and the others remained within the formation, not daring to take another step, having wasted countless hours. Suddenly, Hua Mulan's face turned ashen, her breath caught in her throat, and a sharp pain shot through her chest. She involuntarily bent over, coughing, "Cough cough cough..."
Upon seeing this, Mo Han's expression changed drastically. "It's poison! You, you actually poisoned it in the mist!"
"Don't worry, you and Mo Chen will be fine!"
"Cough cough..." Mulan's face turned pale, and her steps began to falter.
“If you kill her, even if you are Xiao Li’s master, Mo Li will not forgive you!” Mo Chen said coldly.
"Hmph! He can't beat me!" Gu Yan narrowed his eyes slightly as he watched Hua Mulan groan in pain.
