Hua Mulan frowned, looking at Mo Li with a worried expression, and said, "With so many soldiers gone, our forces are insufficient to cope with the upcoming battles. Mo Li, what should I do?"
Mo Li patted Mulan's head and chuckled as he looked at Hei Song, "Don't worry, this is free labor!"
Hei Song was so frightened that he didn't take a step back. Fortunately, his underlings were holding him up from behind, otherwise he thought he would have been so frightened by Mo Li's gaze that he would have knelt down on the ground.
Hua Mulan raised an eyebrow and glanced at the black pine tree with interest.
——
A tea leaf floated in the fragrant tea. Xian'er looked at Mo Han sitting in front of her and said, "Young Master Mo Han, did you call Xian'er out here just to watch you make tea?"
Mo Han silently put away the tea set, looked at Xian'er with a solemn and serious expression, and said, "Apart from my master and my junior brother, no one else has had the opportunity to taste my tea!"
Xian'er squinted, trying to see something in Mo Han's eyes, but all she saw was indifference.
Xian'er frowned slightly and said, "Young Master Mo Han, if there's nothing else, I'll take my leave."
As he spoke, he prepared to get up and leave.
Mo Han smiled and picked up his teacup, took a sip, and asked, "Is Xian'er and your barbarian tribe's so-called Grand Strategist really just a superficial cooperative relationship? Or rather—just a contractual one?"
Xian'er suddenly stopped and turned to look at Mo Han. "What do you know?"
"If you're willing to talk, I can know a lot more," Mo Han said with a slight smile, looking at Xian'er.
Xian'er narrowed her eyes and looked at Mo Han with cold eyes. "You shouldn't have targeted me."
As soon as she finished speaking, Xian'er moved her hand like the wind and attacked Mo Han. Mo Han smiled faintly and raised his hand. A purple lotus flower appeared in his palm. With a slight thought, the petals scattered and turned into eight sharp spears that surrounded him, forming a shield.
“Miss Xian’er, why resort to violence?” Mo Han said confidently.
A murderous glint flashed in Xian'er's eyes. She flipped her hands, drew two swords, and spun around to attack Mo Han once more.
Protected by eight shielding spears, Mo Han remained seated, sipping tea, and sarcastically remarked, "If the fairy is tired, she can sit down and have a cup of hot tea. I will wait for you to enjoy your tea before leaving the brothel today."
Xian'er was furious. No one had ever faced her so calmly before, and dared to mock her! That guy, Mo Han—
Just as Xian'er was gripping the long sword in her hand, looking at Mo Han with a face full of anger but not knowing how to do it, the door was suddenly pushed open.
Qing'er, holding the fruit, looked at the two of them in surprise and blinked. "Master, are you and my captain getting together?!"
"Master?" Xian'er squinted at Qing'er.
"Get together?" Mo Han's lips twitched involuntarily.
Xian'er's eyes suddenly lit up. "So she was talking about your apprentice!"
Before Qing'er could even respond, Xian'er's sword was already at her neck. "Hmph, Young Master Mo Han, your disciple is in my hands. It seems you..."
"Sip..." Mo Han calmly sipped his hot tea, smiling as he said, "For me, hot tea is more comforting than a clumsy disciple!"
Xian'er's face darkened, and Qing'er turned pale with fright. "Master! You can't do this to me! Even though I've exposed the secret, you can't just abandon me!"
Mo Han said nonchalantly, "A stupid disciple is a stupid disciple. Even if you save him, he'll still be a stupid disciple. It's better not to save him!"
Qing'er looked at Mo Han speechlessly, her eyes filled with grievance, and dared not say anything more.
Enraged, Xian'er pointed another sword at Mo Han, "You heartless bastard! Although Qing'er is stupid and useless, she's still very obedient..."
Qing'er couldn't help but roll her eyes. "Big sister, aren't you two actually in cahoots?"
Mo Han smiled wickedly, "Really? I didn't see that coming. Since she's your maid, your slave, then it's not unreasonable for her life to be yours, is it?"
Xian'er angrily retorted, "Freedom can only belong to oneself. I have no right to restrict her freedom, much less the right to take her life!"
Mo Han narrowed his eyes, his gaze scrutinizing. "So, you killed the entire prison guards just to kill one person?"
Xian'er trembled, realizing the grave mistake she had made. "I...I just hate being ordered around. I was just angry..."
Mo Chen scrutinized the murderer's eyes with accusation, and coldly said, "Treating human life like dirt is the act of a butcher. Do you really think you deserve the sacred name of Xian'er?"
Xian'er lowered her head, pursed her lips, and remained silent.
Mo Han looked at the aura surrounding Xian'er that was different from her own, sighed and said, "I know what's holding you back, but I need to remind you that if you continue to aid and abet evil, you will be abandoned by this world!"
The longsword in Xian'er's hand vanished. Releasing Qing'er, she spoke with a face full of remorse, "I'm sorry... I always thought I was righteous, that I could change everything. I... I really didn't expect that I would... I would actually kill so many innocent people! I..."
Xian'er lowered her head, looking guilty.
Mo Han smiled slightly, extended her hand, and said, "In that case, let's have a cup of calming tea!"
The fragrant hot tea attracted Xian'er...
Qing'er, standing to the side, angrily slammed the fruit plate onto their table and said, "You two should sit down and have your blind date! I won't disturb you! Humph!"
After saying that, she stormed out.
Mo Han calmly continued drinking his tea, while Xian'er blinked and asked, "Don't we need to pursue her?"
"Why would I chase after her? I'm not a child." Mo Han chuckled and said.
