“No need to wait until tomorrow…” the Scorpion said, revealing a sinister smile, “It can be done today!”
Gu Liyan was so frightened by his chilling voice that he took a few steps back. Then he saw the scorpion grow eight legs and pincers.
"You, you..." Gu Liyan pointed at the increasingly large body of the demon scorpion, speechless with astonishment.
The scorpion stood up on its two legs, and its body continued to grow taller.

"Found it! It's here!" A childish voice suddenly rang out from behind.
Hua Xiaoxiao was startled, then saw three figures pointing in her direction and running quickly towards her. Thinking they were exorcists chasing after her, Hua Xiaoxiao didn't hesitate and started running!
Seeing this, Xiao Tao and the others hurriedly chased after them.
Hua Xiaoxiao's face was grim, her expression dark and gloomy. "These damned exorcists, do they really want to kill me?"
"Isn't she the person you're looking for? Why did she run away?" Murong Xiaoxiao looked at Mo Chen and the other person with a puzzled expression.
Mo Chen frowned but said nothing, instead quickening his pace.
Xiao Tao shouted anxiously to Hua Xiaoxiao, "Don't run! We're not here to catch you! We're here to rescue you!"
Hua Xiaoxiao was puzzled by Xiaotao's words, "Besides Zixin, I have no other friends. Why would these people come to save me?"
