"What else could he do? Of course, he's saving you!" Mo Chen glared at Qing Ge, annoyed.
Qingge stared blankly at Mo Chen, somewhat surprised, "Save me?"
He and Mo Han are sworn enemies, so how could he possibly save me? Could it be... because of Gu Liyan?
The flames continued to spread, crackling and popping. Several parts of the building began to collapse. Night patrolmen saw the fire and rushed over to put it out.
Outside the door, Mo Chen frowned, growing anxious. "That idiot Gu Liyan, why isn't he coming out yet!"
As the fire grew increasingly out of control, Qingge became puzzled: "Isn't Mo Han's kung fu very good? Why hasn't he come out yet? Could it be..."
Qingge leaped up and landed on the eaves of the opposite building. Looking inside, she suddenly saw flashing swords and heard the clash of at least three weapons. Her expression changed immediately. "Could there be assassins inside?"

"Princess Qingge..." The surrounding soldiers exclaimed in surprise upon seeing this.
Although Gu Liyan's feet were bound by the heavy lock, he was still evenly matched with the five men in black, and neither of them could gain the upper hand.

Gu Liyan frowned, deflecting the attacks of the double-dagger-wielding man one by one. Just then, a cry of alarm suddenly came from outside: "Princess Qingge..."

Gu Liyan felt a pang of panic. Could there be assassins outside as well? Was Qingge injured?

"Haha, a lamb delivered to our door, not bad at all!" The man with the scimitar had a bloodthirsty look on his face.
Qingge had no weapons on her, and she had just caught them off guard. Now that they knew Qingge's identity, they became excited.
"Qingge! Let's go!" Mo Han said urgently.
Qingge glanced at Mo Han, and seeing his wounded body, she felt a pang of inexplicable pain in her heart. After all, he had broken in to save her and had been ambushed by them...
"On my turf, you'd better obey me!" Qingge glared at Mo Han and said, then turned to the men in black. "You've come to assassinate me, haven't you? I'll show you what I'm made of!"

Qingge's expression changed, and she immediately flew into a rage, "Mo Han, how dare you! I even came to save you out of respect for Gu Liyan, and you actually..."
Before Qingge could say anything more, Gu Liyan raised his hand and struck Qingge on the back, making Qingge feel as if she had been sent flying!
Qingge was stunned, staring blankly at the pavilion she had flown out of, now engulfed in flames and shattered into pieces...
She immediately felt someone catch her, followed by Gu Liyan's voice: "Mo Chen! Take good care of Qing Qing!"
