Upon hearing this, the girls burst through the door and found Gu Liyan lying unconscious on the ground.
Qingge helped Gu Liyan up. Seeing his face as pale as paper, she said anxiously, "Luxiu, come and see him quickly."
Green Embroidery stepped forward to examine him, then exclaimed in surprise, "Strange, what's wrong with Gu Liyan's body...?"
"What's wrong with him? Tell me quickly!" Lan Ying asked anxiously.
“His body seems to…” Green Embroidery glanced at Qingge’s pale face and cautiously began, “There are no signs of life!”
Qingge was so frightened that her legs went weak and she knelt on the ground. "You, what did you say?"

Li Erniang's lips twitched. That chop to the neck must have hurt a lot...
"What are you doing in Gu Liyan's room?" Qingge looked up at Li Erniang and asked coldly.
"I... I was just passing by. My room is right next door..." Li Erniang pointed to the room next door.
Qingge turned to Lan Ying and said, "Send someone to rearrange her room. You will stay next door to protect my safety."
"Yes!" Lan Ying nodded immediately.
"Huh? Then where do I live?" Li Erniang asked, looking completely bewildered.
Lan Ying glanced at Li Erniang and said, "I'll take you to find a place to stay right now. Come with me!" Without waiting for Li Erniang's consent, Lan Ying dragged Li Erniang away.
Qingge glared at Li Erniang with annoyance. It wasn't that she was petty, but Li Erniang had been eyeing Gu Liyan from the very beginning, so she had to be careful!
"Ugh..." A muffled groan came from the bed. Qingge hurriedly looked up and was surprised to find that Qingshi was the one who woke up first.
A pair of purple eyes slowly opened, reflecting Qingge's figure. "It's... Qingge..."
Qingge smiled and said when she saw him wake up, "You're awake!"
"Woof..." It opened its mouth clearly with a sob, but the sound was weak.
Qingge looked at Qingchu with a worried expression and said, "Don't worry, even if you only have seven days to live, I will send someone to take good care of you. After all, you were injured while saving me."
Qing looked at Qingge with a puzzled expression: What do you mean by that?
She clearly wanted to get up, but the slightest movement caused her body to tremble due to the pain.
"Don't move!" Qingge exclaimed.
Hearing Qingge's voice, Lüxiu, who had been dozing off, suddenly woke up and hurriedly went over to ask, "What's wrong?"
He was clearly in so much pain that his body was trembling, his eyes were glazed over, and his body hair was soaked with sweat.
"Green Embroidery, take a look at it, what's wrong with it?" Qingge asked with a worried expression.
Green Embroidery examined the opening and said, "It's normal for the wound to hurt since the entire chest was pierced through. It's fine."
“Ugh…” Green Embroidery finished speaking and clearly said something as if she agreed.
Qingge breathed a sigh of relief. "It's good that you're alright."
Green Embroidery gave Qingge a strange look. Logically, shouldn't she be worried about Gu Liyan, who was unconscious beside her? Why was she worried about a dog? How strange!
Just then, Gu Liyan, who was lying next to him, also woke up. "Where am I?"
Seeing that Gu Liyan had woken up, Qingge said indifferently, "Gu Liyan, you're awake."
Seeing that her attitude towards him was unusual, Gu Liyan didn't say anything, but nodded and said "Mm".
Then nothing more was said.

Gu Liyan looked at Qingge with a calm expression, not even a hint of surprise.
"So, I hope you can tell me the truth about Gu Liyan's whereabouts," Qingge said earnestly.
