Suddenly, blood gushed from Gu Liyan's mouth and nose, instantly staining his white robes red.
Everyone was shocked. Gu Yan hurriedly stepped forward to check the situation. After examining him, he found that Gu Liyan's body was as if its life force had been completely exhausted, like a stagnant pool without any vitality!

In the perpetually dark world, there was no longer any distinction between day and night; everything was black. So when Gu Liyan woke up, everything he saw was also black.
Surrounded by darkness, Gu Liyan was no longer afraid; he had awakened from a deep dream and gained profound understanding. He suddenly realized that when it came to life and death, there were only two options: facing it with open eyes or ignoring it with closed eyes.
After staring blankly for a while, Gu Liyan finally realized that he was still alive in this ancient wilderness world, and then let out a long sigh.
"You scared me to death!" Mo Bai was startled awake from his dream by Gu Liyan's sigh and said irritably.
Gu Liyan looked up and smiled when he saw Mo Bai standing guard beside him. "Emperor Bai, so you were here..."
"Nonsense!" Mo Bai said irritably, "Now that you're awake, I'll go and change the person."
Mo Bai patted his bottom, ready to get up and leave, when Gu Liyan hurriedly asked, "Could you secretly tell me what my father plans to do with me?"
Mo Bai smiled meaningfully. "Just ask him yourself!"
Ask yourself?!
Gu Liyan felt a wave of fear wash over her. She herself trembled with fear at the sight of Gu Yan's gaze. If she were to actually ask him in person, wouldn't she be terrified and wet herself?
However, the people you least want to see always seem to run into each other. The one Mo Bai was looking for a "replacement" for was none other than Gu Yan!
Gu Liyan caught a glimpse of Gu Yan in the darkness, his white robes standing out starkly against the darkness. His face paled instantly. "Why did we let Mo Bai come here?!"
Gu Yan walked over unhurriedly. Gu Liyan was sweating profusely with anxiety. Upon seeing him, she immediately sat up with great effort.
