Gu Liyan stepped forward, but before he could tell Gu Yan and the others whereabouts of Mo Bai, Hua Qingwu grabbed Gu Liyan's collar and said, "Tell me! Did that brat just say something bad about me to you?!"
"No, no..." Gu Liyan was sweating profusely. Good heavens, that was really strong!
"Really not?" Hua Qingwu looked at Gu Liyan with a suspicious expression.
Gu Liyan nodded repeatedly.
Hua Qingwu released Gu Liyan, looking bewildered. "Has that brat really changed her ways and stopped talking badly about me to others?"
Gu Liyan secretly wiped away his sweat. If he told Hua Qingwu that Tianyu had already recognized him as his younger brother, he would probably be torn to pieces by Hua Qingwu.
He couldn't say it, neither out of sentiment nor reason! He absolutely couldn't say it, even if it meant death!

Gu Liyan and the others looked completely innocent: Nobody said you were afraid of her! Why are you trying to cover this up like this?
