Seeing the negative news, Gu Liyan's face darkened; he couldn't imagine the extent of the impact such comments would have on him. However, Gu Liyan noticed no trace of Mo Chen's involvement in resolving the issue, which he found unacceptable.
Gu Liyan's face was very pale. Seeing this, Hua Baixian hurriedly comforted him, "Little Li, don't worry. People don't know the truth. Once we tell them the truth, they will understand."

Hua Baixian's face darkened upon hearing this, and she was about to get angry when Gu Liyan hurriedly grabbed her sleeve, saying, "Don't be impulsive."
The reporter from the crowd behind him continued speaking:

"I heard that you faked your escape room injury surgery to create a mystery and gain sympathy from your fans. Is that true?"
Hua Baixian was furious when she heard their words; these people were completely distorting the truth.
Lin Momo came up to Gu Liyan and whispered, "The situation is very chaotic right now. You shouldn't have come out!"
Gu Liyan forced a smile and said helplessly, "If I don't come out, I'm afraid it will implicate you and even have a negative impact on the hospital."
Lin Momo frowned and said nothing.
Gu Liyan turned to Lin Momo's bodyguard and said, "Everyone, please have the police officers come over."
The bodyguards remained unmoved by Gu Liyan's words, so Lin Momo spoke again, "Get all the police officers here!"
The bodyguards made way for Zhang Guoqiang and his men, who hurriedly passed by. The reporters and crowd behind them tried to squeeze through, but the bodyguards immediately blocked the way.
Zhang Guoqiang, who squeezed through the crowd, breathed a sigh of relief, straightened his appearance, and came to stand in front of Gu Liyan.
"Hello, this is Zhang Guoqiang from the Third Precinct. I need you to come back for questioning because of the arrest warrant issued by the center." Zhang Guoqiang said with a serious expression.
Gu Liyan nodded. "Okay, but please wait a moment. I need to say a few words to my friend."
After saying that, Gu Liyan turned to Hua Baixian and Lin Momo and said, "Xiao Bai, take Xiao Tao back first and wait for me to come back. Lin Momo, you don't need to rush to save me. It might be safer for me to go to the police station."
The two women nodded, indicating that they understood.
Gu Liyan looked up at Zhang Guoqiang, who was 1.8 meters tall, and pleaded, "I have a physical disability. Could Officer Zhang please find someone to push me?"
Zhang Guoqiang frowned. He knew from the news that Gu Liyan had faked being hospitalized, but looking at Gu Liyan's pale face, was it too believable to say that it was fake?
