Chapter 1034 Meeting at the Science Park
The two hugged each other quietly for a moment, and the hotel waiter brought over a sumptuous breakfast.
Li Jinxing and Nie Yao sat at the dining table, eating breakfast and discussing their plans for today.
"Yaoyao, let's take a bus back to the city together later. Then I have to go to the company. Do you want to go back to the villa first, or to the Nie family?" Li Jinxing asked with concern.
Nie Yao thought for a moment and whispered, "I'm not going back to the villa. It would be too troublesome to go in and out. I think I should find time to go back to the Nie family..."
Li Jinxing nodded slightly and reminded with a smile, "Okay, go back and spend more time with your grandfather. But if you find any media reporters or paparazzi squatting outside your Nie family's old house, don't be polite, just send someone to drive them away!"
"Well, I told the driver before, if there are still paparazzi with ill intentions squatting outside our Nie family's old house, trying to take secret photos or something, just release a few big dogs out to scare them!"
Nie Yao blinked and laughed. Li Jinxing couldn't help but laugh as well, nodding in agreement. "To deal with those annoying people, we really should use some extraordinary means. I'll have a few big dogs sent to your Nie family right away!"
"Wait, if there aren't any reporters or paparazzi waiting, keeping a few large dogs outside the door for no reason will only scare our family members or guests visiting the Nie family. I should go back and take a look!"
Nie Yao waved her hand and said jokingly, "Don't worry about this. If you need anything, I'll tell you!"
"Okay..." Li Jinxing nodded in agreement.
The two had breakfast together, packed up their things, left the hot spring resort, and took a bus back to the city.
When they arrived at the city center, Li Jinxing went directly to the company, while Nie Yao sat in the car, ready to pick up the phone to contact Xia Chuqi.
Just then, Xia Chuqi sent a message, giving her a location and asking if she was free. She could go directly to the location she sent to find her!
Nie Yao opened the location address sent by Xia Chuqi and saw that it was a science and technology park, which was some distance away from the city center. After thinking about it, she replied with a smile.
"I'm just back in the city. Wait, I'll take a bus over!"
After sending this message, Nie Yao gave the location address to the driver and told him to drive directly towards the science and technology park at the other end.
When Nie Yao's car arrived at the Science Park, he found a parking lot and then came to a science and technology building. He walked in and said to the front desk with a smile: "Hello, I'm here to see Xia Chuqi!"
When the company receptionist saw the visitor directly addressing their president's wife by her name, he quickly picked up the reception sheet and took a look at it. Knowing that this was the distinguished guest that the president's wife had specifically asked for, he smiled warmly.
"You are Miss Nie Yao, right?"
Nie Yao nodded happily and said with a smile: "That's me. Xia Chuqi and I agreed to meet here. Is she upstairs?"
"She is waiting for you in the office. I will take you up there myself!" One of the female receptionists smiled and bowed slightly to Nie Yao, making a gesture of invitation.
Nie Yao thanked her politely and followed the receptionist into the elevator. She watched her take out a card, swipe it in the elevator, and then press the button for the highest floor.
The elevator did not stop all the way to the top floor, and the elevator door opened with a ding.
After walking through a carpeted corridor, Nie Yao and the receptionist stopped at a door with a postmodern, technological feel.
The female receptionist swiped the card in her hand on the door, and the screen above the door lit up.
